Beware! First the bed took about 30 days to show up and when I tried to cancel the order after about 15 days, I was told they cannot cancel orders after the shipping label is created. To make matters worse, the quality of the bed is horrible. There is hardly any stuffing inside and what stuffing is in there is not good quality. Save your money and buy elsewhere. As I've seen in other posts, the return policy is not even an option as you have to ship it back to China! This is a scam and they know what they are doing..
I have sent multiple messages/emails to them about my order. They have no answered any. The website has had my order showing the same location as when it was ordered. This company is acting sketchy as hell

Ordered product over a month ago. Still hasn't shown up. They sent me an email that was titled tracking info but there was no tracking info. Said they'd offer me 10% off on my next purchase because of the delay and if it was something I was interested in to contact them. I wish I'd read these reviews.

When we bought an anxiety relieving dog bed, I was very sceptical, but within 24 hours of receiving it, our 8 year old pooch had stopped pacing. This started 2 years ago on bonfire night, and has continued ever since. He would pace around continuously carrying his favourite toy, but since getting this anxiety bed it has completely stopped.

After 2 weeks our 2 cats still won't have anything to do with the beds I bought for them. Put a favorite treat in the center and, at most, the brave one, Loki, will put a single foot on it and then grab and run. We haven't tried the one for the dog. Too hectic and crowded during the holiday season.
They are fluffy and very soft and I'd probably love a more padded, human sized one. I just don't get it as Loki jumps into and explores everything. I fear I've wasted my almost $200. Sigh:(

We have a 12 year old mix bulldog who has always reacted poorly to inclement weather by excessive drooling, shaking, and panic. We tried every "natural" remedy, calming vest, and kept a bed in our closet for her to escape to. Bought her your bed and she hasn't shook since. Not only that but our 12 year old min-pin loves hers so much, even though she isn't anxiety prone, that we literally have wake her and shoo her outside for her final potty trip at the end of the evening. Customer service is difficult to deal with and can only do so online. Orders not fulfilled properly. If you want to return a bed, you have to pay postal rates to China. Steer clear. Don't order their bed.

While it looks like the product advertised, it isn't as full and luxurious as demonstrated on the advertising. The base of the bed looks full but compresses without giving any support for my elderly dog, we have to ensure it is on a soft pad. Not worth the money paid. Almost a month and the product has not been received by USPS. It was listed as in stock. They send cute little emails like working 24/7 on your order. What a joke. This company is a total scam. Go to your local pet supply for a bed.
Update: I did finally receive the bed after a 45-60 days. It has an odor and needed to be left outside for a while to get rid of that. Our dog does like it though so I improved the score. I would shop locally if I had to replace.

I ordered a dog bed and shortly after, I received a tracking number for USPS. Yet, it has been 2 weeks and this item still hasn't shipped. I received an initial response from the company when I inquired about my order, but it appeared to be a generic response. There were no specifics about my order. I attempted to contact them again and received no response. Today, I filed a dispute with American Express and received a credit within 5 minutes. This company has got to be fake!

Nowhere in ad did it say it was coming from China.
It is a scam. To return, it must get back within 30 days of receipt, with proof of delivery, cost more than the bed, not possible.
Quality was bad, everything the other reviews said was true. No phone number to call just an email to message through.

Product quality beyond awful. My large dog bed arrived in a ziploc size vacuum bag, which tells you how much support it actually has for your dog. Look closely at return policy and ask to see form before buying: they say you have to return it in original packaging (impossible) and give you a China return address which would cost hundreds of dollars to ship to. Look closely at other reviews - when you ask to return, they just start sending you message to give back 15% then 30%. Mine is in garbage, and I disputed with VISA.

I placed an order on 10/30/24 and was told that, since shipping was slow, it would take 4-10 days. It has now been 14 days. After my original inquiry I got a response that was simply a copy of the order confirmation saying the order would take 4 -10 days. Subsequent inquiries have not been answered. There is no phone number to call. Online search looks like this is their usual service.
