I should have known better. Any company whom doesn't offer a phone number to talk to a live person for customer service purposes usually has something to hide. In this case they don't deliver. I ordered one these pos beds from this pos company on October 25th. They stated that I would receive it in 4 to 10 days. It's now 11 and the tracking hasn't moved since day 1. I emailed them several times
And received the same response that I shouldn't worry and they are monitoring the situation. The only thing they're monitoring is the money they're stealing from pet owners. Check the tracking out on this. ********************* from usps. Same message for 12 days.The package hasn't moved since day 1. Since when does USPS post that they're waiting. I'll tell you when. When they don't have the package because it's coming from another country. You think this scam company would tell us where they are located? Not this one.Next: They offered a deal on the internet that was supposed to be for $36.00. Without me knowing they hit me for $44 with the excuse that it was due to the size of the bed. I played the fool but they are going to learn the hard way that they screwed with the person!

This is a scam! This sleazy company hides behind a façade of a reputable-looking company. The website looks legit with all the great reviews, great pictures, 24/7 customer service and 30-day return policy. They try to hook you in with the 60% off and free shipping deal so you think your getting a good deal on a high quality product. BUT once you get the dog bed you realize you have been tricked because it is a flimsy and low quality product (looks nothing like the picture!) and when you attempt to return it then you run into more problems. I see a lot of the reviews here on trustpilot that are similar to my experience. Too bad these reviews are not used on their website! The bed I got was XXL, from the pictures the bed looked plush and thick. The actual product looks NOTHING like the pictures on the website. If you look at the pictures on the website the bed is big, thick and fluffy. That is false advertising because the actual product has almost no stuffing and I am not just exaggerating. The bed is as flat as a pancake. They had a ton of good reviews on the website (which I am sure are cherry picked and mostly fake!). When the dog bed was delivered it looked FLAT and USED. My first though upon opening the package was "has this bed been used?" The dog was essentially sleeping on the floor because there is no cushion in this bed. My dog doesn't even use it. They advertised a thirty day return policy. I am attempting to return it, but the return address is in China! Are you kidding me! AND IF YOU ARE RETURNING THEN YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING. You know how expensive it is to send this product to CHINA! Its more expensive than the bed. The website did not disclose that the product would need to returned to another country. No other company has asked me to return a product to another country, this is a first. They offered a 15% refund if it is too inconvenient to return it. What a joke! They scammed me with a low quality product (that looks nothing like the pictures on the website!) and making the cost of returning the product too expensive for the consumer! They found a loophole so they don't need to worry about giving full refund to customers. MRFLUFFYFRIEND... you should be ashamed of yourself for your deceptive and immoral business practices! Just a terrible product and experience. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

What kind of company has a business plan to take advantage of people who are trying to provide a good environment for their pets? The lowest of the low—-and also the stupidest of the stupidest. They aren't even good at their con! After sending me cheery messages about the shipment of the dog bed I ordered, now that it is weeks overdue I actually tried to track it….which is difficult to do because their link does not work and you have to type in a very long B/L number on the UPSP site to find out anything. Today in the morning they status entered by Fluffy. F—— was it was shipped by their 3rd party shipper to UPSP at 8:29 PM! Yes, it shipped in the future.
As stupid as they obviously are, I also feel ridiculous for ordering from them sham company. My credit card company has suspended payment at my request. Considering what low quality the product is reported to be, I will be pleased to not receive it. StAY AWAY.

Buyer, beware! I can't return this item so I'm taking pics to help those who are considering buting oone of these pet beds to spend your money somewhere else. This is a 2 fold review - first, the product itself and second, the hassle to return it!

Product based off a XXL

1. It comes in a 16x15x8 vacuumed sealed packet - weighing in around a little over 4 pounds so an XXL that tells me the bed is going to be junk
2. Once flatten before taking it out of the package it was 1.5" thick, most of it's all the faux fluffy material
3. The bed itself is lumpy and filled with polyester stuffing. I added pictures so you could see what I pulled out. I pulled out a section and as you can see how it would be completely lumpy. For them to fill it to the promised fluff possible, it would need to be filled 75% more.
5. When my dog goes to lay on this bed, you hear their elbows go right to the floor because the middle is so thin. Great Danes and Shepards need cushion!
6. If you have a dog that is bigger than a golden retriever, the biggest size XXL like what I got is too small.
7. The only nice thing I can say is that the material is soft (but cheap) and there was no strong odor.

SHIPPING & RETURNS - They make if difficult to ship back
1. Received my shipment about 3 weeks out in 2 different shipments because I ordered 2 XXL beds
2. I already knew the quality when I received the vacuumed sealed packs that they weren't going to work, so I didn't have to even open them as I knew already the quality was going to bed. I see where some reviews said they opened the package and then it automatically made it to where they couldn't return it. I wouldn't put it past this company. How are you suppose to know if you want to return it if you can't even open it up to see if it's gong to work out?
3. I emailed them and let them know I planned on returning them just as soon as the last shipment came in
4. These are shipped from a "Jane" in New Jersey and they wouldn't let me return to that address because "The address in the shipping label is just our partner carrier in the USA "
5. The website says they have a warehouse in the USA, but that I could only ship back to China OR The Netherlands - both would be over $100+ tax to ship back. Under FAQs the website states they have warehouses in East Asia, Central Europe, and USA. We live in the USA, so why wouldn't we be able to send it back to that warehouse?
6. After several emails back and forth, this is what they offered me "We can issue a partial refund where you can keep the product for yourself. We will refund you 15% of the amount from your total purchase since you are not 100% satisfied, and you are able to keep your order :) "
7. I ordered 2 XXL paying $158 and I am getting a. Whole $23.50 back... wow, better than nothing?
8. I doubt they will even send the money at this point since they already make it extremely difficult to return
This company is not transparent. I wouldn't necessarily use the word scam since they did provide a product, but SKETCHY - absolutely!
