I ordered a month ago. Its after Christmas and no bed, also no response! Worst customer service, don't buy! It's a scam company. I wouldn't even give 1 star. Ripping people off during the holidays!
Not happy with product and way too overpriced for item. Dealing with company is a joke. Cannot exchange for larger size without paying to go to China $$$$$. Not worth it.

It is like a duster Although Fluffy Friends offered a full refund if not satisfied we have to send the product to CHINA for the refund which will cost over $100 to post!
We are absolutely disgusted with the product - which we only half unpacked to see the terrible quality - AND the customer service we have had dealing with this issue

I wouldn't rate it if I could.
I placed the order to be advised by return email that there was a ridiculous delay time. So I immediately contacted them to cancel the order but was told it was too late and I could return it within 30 days.
Quality and size are ridiculous.
The quality is really poor for the money, i could see this just from the packaging... I could get something from the market for less than a tenner.
I enquired about sending it back upon receipt and told it would need to get sent back to China! And that I would have to pay for postage and package, how much would this cost?
They have offered me a discount to keep it. I said I would accept this and so now I've opened the package. BUT.
I ordered the medium bed for my small dog. This bed is tiny! No way will my dog be able to sit on it let alone lie down. I think it would suit a little yorkie and they need to review their advertised sizes as this has been mis-sold.
Feels like a rip off and the last time I'll buy off the Internet from a company I don't know

The bed is almost perfect! Zeus and Athena love the bed, they take turns lying in it. The only thing is that it is thinner the I expected. I am assuming the smaller the bed the more cozy it is.

I wanted to return the bed and was given a return address in China! And I have to pay for postage. Their 30 day satisfaction guarantee is a joke. Now I'm stuck with a 50.00 dog toy.

As everyone here has said they send you a cheap poorly made product that is nothing like advertised. If you'd like to to return it good luck. They have so far refused in three emails to provide an address for their warehouse for return shipping. Best of luck to anyone getting your money back out of these criminals.

As you can see they have sent the standard reply asking me to contact customer service. I have been in contact with them at the provided email. Joyce, thier customer service representative has been less than helpful (the same name of the one good review on this site btw)
They have so far avoided any real answers and have refused to provide a shipping label or an address for the return. As it states in their returns policy you have 30 days to return it to the nearest warehouse. Your guess is as good as mine as to where that may be. The have no listings or instructions for getting that information.
Sadly I have to admit I have been scammed by a common practice scam. They provide a photo of a nice product that would be possibly worth the price then send you a poorly crafted product that looks a little like what they showed you. Since the get to provide a tracking number they get to provide proof of delivery. Good luck getting your money back after that.

I complained within days of receiving a scrap bed, it was so poor it was unbelievable, TRY GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK "AS THEY SAY" they told me to return it at a cost of £20 in order to get the cost of the bed {£26] back. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE WHO STOPPED TALKING TO ME AFTER COMPLAINING.

Place an order for 2XL dog beds which arrived on different dates from different locations. The first bed I received stunk like fish and had almost no padding. Every after a full day outside in the sun the smell did not go away and my dogs refused to lay in the bed. I contacted customer service and they offered provide a 15% refund. If I wanted a full refund I was responsible for the shipping. They then gave me an address in China to return the beds. The US Post Office stated it would be over $800 to ship the box to the address in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!

Very very untruthful with there shipping dates. My order has been sitting in a warehouse ( LOCATED APX 40-50 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME) since 12-15-22 and the USPS is still awaiting the item as of todays date 12-26-22. I bought 2 x beds which were the wrong size. I emailed to let them know I wanted to swap them and they said do not pick up the last bed from the post office and it will be returned and I will get refund so I can purchase the new one - only we had 2 beds which came seprately so I collected the bed from Aus Post and then put both of them into a large envelope and returned to the "return address". Inside package both beds were still in original wrapping. No nothing for months. Followed up only to find out that the return address in NSW has apparently discarded the beds as they were meant to be returned to CHINA by me in a different way that was not told to me when I requested the return. Now they want me to go to NSW (From VIC) knock on the PO Box and get my "discarded" beds back from there and repost to CHINA. LOL. Wasted $169.10 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
