It was instant love for the dog bed by both of the dogs! They wouldn't cuddle together, so a second bed was purchased! Now both are happy in their own fluffy beds!
Do NOT use this company. I ordered a dog bed on 27/11/22. Their courier, EVRI received it on 2/12/22. They allegedly delivered it on 29/12/22 in the evening when we were at home. The doorbell did NOT ring.
The response from MrFluffyfriend is that the company
'does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier without the insurance to protect your shipment.'
They do not offer insurance for their products via their website and ignore the fact that my contract is with them, not EVRI. The courier won't respond to a request for a photo of the delivery address.
Via Instagram the retailer then sent a photo of the delivery site which is NOT our house or any of our neighbour's properties. Then, again via Instagram they revealed that they had another person's name and address on my order - and gave me those details in a message. When it was pointed out that they were in breach of GDPR in doing so, they took the message down. Since then they have been silent. I have had to ask our credit card company for charge back as this retailer is incompetent and has zero intention of giving me a refund for their appalling service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered on November 22 and still have not gotten my $143 dog beds. They take 24 hrs. To respond to emails, and the responses are vague and lack any sense of customer concern. If I had known it would take so long even to just get a "shipped" email for an order- which wasn't until Dec. 3rd-, I would have given our new address since we were moving a week later. I emailed, the company said they were not able to change it even though the items had not shipped yet. It's now December 28th and no dog beds. I have called the post office, gone into the post office, checked the tracking. As far as I am concerned, the company should be looking for my items that are lost in the holiday mail clutter! As a courtesy for being a paying customer, why am I doing all this work and spending my time driving to post offices and making calls that take forever?! I AM OUTRAGED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.

What a ridiculous company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Save your time and sanity. I ordered a bed for my dog. My mom wanted it since it's more her dog. They do not give different shipping rates/days. My dog passed unexpectedly before the bed even shipped. I cancelled my order before the bed even shipped. There was nothing they could do for me. So I finally got the bed. It was packaged in a ridiculous fashion, no padding, etc. Just balled up and wrapped in a piece of plastic. It was not comfortable or anything I'd want my dog in. They made me pay to ship it back and wouldn't even include a shipping label and I had to request what address I was sending it back to, since their address wasn't on my package. I had to fill out a long customs paper and had to keep getting in line at the post office since I had no idea how to fill out the customs paper. Since the bed comes from CHINA! I wish I would have known that to begin with, or I never would have ordered it. It cost me $28 in shipping since they demand a track and shipping when returning. A huge waste of money and time. Crappy product and crappy customer service. I hope they go out of business soon! Surprised they can even have a business.

The company is a scam and a fraud. I received the MrFluffy friend dog bed - first it was the wrong size. Second it smelled HORRIBLE. I have written to customer support at least 50 times and they keep telling me to measure it. I have sent them 50 photos and measurements. Now that the 30 day expiration is close, they are telling me to return to the address on their FAQs page. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO RETURN THIS PIECE OF CRUD TO. We purchased (2) so called "orthopedic" in different sizes for our older dogs, $60 and $45. Upon receiving they were nothing but a cheap piece of egg crate foam with cover. Cover had zipper but no way to get it off to wash. An even bigger issue was the foam smelled toxic and even after spraying with lysol and airing out for days, no improvement. We contacted Mr. FluffyFriend and asked for return address. They gave us the run around for a week offering us small discounts to keep the beds that we didn't want. Who wants their dogs sleeping on something with a toxic smell? Finally (2) weeks after they shipped to us from New York, they gave us a return address in CHINA! We took to Post office and the cost to ship the (2) beds to CHINA was more than the original cost of beds. PO told us it was doubtful they would even get to CHINA in the (2) weeks remaining of Mr.FluffyFriend's so called 30 day guarantee. It took a week to get them, another week fighting with company for return address. Since they do offer a return policy, even though it had to be sent to CHINA, American Express said we couldn't dispute the charges and get our money back. Everyone out there should think twice about doing business with this company. If you aren't satisfied with purchase, no way to return since everything goes back to their sweat shop in CHINA. They have found a way to get around the Federal laws in place that credit card companies have to follow.
