I purchased a wonderful IWC Pilot watch from Moyer Fine Jewelers. My sale person was knowledgeable and very kind. He knows watches. He stayed in contact and made sure I was getting the best deal for the watch. I anticipate purchasing many watches from them. They have a wonderful array of fine watches that I enjoy. I totally trust them and their approach to customer service. Great people and great watches. Not the typical snooty watch guys I hate to deal with. Thanks

Derek Krepper is fantastic to work with. This was an online/telephone sale and my experience could not be any better. I was searching for a Longines Authorized Dealer across the whole US and this was the one that stood out in both customer service and price. I don't have any experience with them in store as I live in another state, but I am sure they are just as wonderful. I visited Moyer Fine Jewelers in October to shop for an engagement ring with my girlfriend.

Our sales person, Derek, helped us find the perfect band and diamond: an Asscher cut diamond on a Tacori Reverse Crescent band. My fiancee loves the ring! Derek was very helpful and informative throughout the process. In comparison with the handful of other jewelers that we visited, Moyer Fine Jewelers on Thatcher Lane was by far the best. I highly recommend them!

We feel at home when shopping at Moyer and the staff truly cares to understand the needs of your purchase. While we had always shopped with Shaun in the past, upon his leaving, there was a seamless transition to our new associate, Fernanda as if we had been working with her from the start. The value and customer service is absolutely the best in the city which is why I continue to send family and clients on a regular basis. I truly enjoyed the owner being part of my buying purchase. In my eyes, I felt like I spend a lot of money so it was nice how important Dan and Ricky made me feel. I am also an owner where my customers that spend $10,000 might feel like that's a lot and the next guy spends $500,000 and doesn't blink an eye. I noticed with everyone, no matter the size or dollar, everyone was treated equally. Having the mini bar was definitely a plus, I really enjoyed the beer to keep calm :)

My experience with Moyer was wonderful! I had heard about Moyer through a Bridal Show that I attended, and decided to go to their Bridal Event to look for a wedding band for myself. I was immediately impressed with how lovely the store is, and how much work they had put into their Bridal Event. I worked with Fernanda, who was incredibly friendly and happy to assist me.
