Derek really went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Even when a rival jeweler tried to beat Moyer's price, Derek priced match and was able to provide my watch faster than the other jeweler. Moyer is without a doubt my favorite jewelry store in Indianapolis. It doesn't matter if you are just looking or spending $20 or $20k, you always receive great customer service. The sales people are always friendly and knowledgeable and make each shopping experience a positive one; but my favorite is Chrissy Smith.
I called Moyer Fine Jewelers to find the perfect watch for my husband. The woman that answered the phone was friendly and exhibited excellent customer service skills. She transferred me to Derek who immediately helped me narrow down my search and find the perfect watch for my husband. He was quick and attentive. After my purchase I did have to follow up several times, but he did respond quickly once being reminded. I received the watch quickly and was extremely pleased with the purchase. All in all it was a seamless transaction and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely shop here again and appreciate how attentive everyone I spoke to was.
After visiting 4 other stores, we felt that Moyer Fine Jewelers was the best overall value in terms of product, trust, and customer service. The product display was clear and not confusing. Robert Violante, the sale representative, clearly knows the products and calmly discussed all of the options regarding diamonds, settings, and pricing without pressure and without talking down to us. Ultimately, what really sold us is the product. The diamond certification is critical for our needs, and Robert was able to find a beautiful option in our price range. What put Moyer over the top is the quality of the store and the ease at which we were able to trust in the person providing the information. It did not feel like a sales pitch. It felt like we were learning about the product so we could make the best decision for us. It was and continues to be an exceptional experience.
The most impressive aspect of working with Moyer and Fernanda Moore was the customer service.
My experience with other high-end jewelry stores is that a young adult, like myself, tends to be looked at negatively when walking through the door, a look as if I don't have money to spend because I'm young. This wasn't the case with Moyer. I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from Fernanda Moore in 2013. At that time, both her and another sales representative mentioned their business model is to earn a customers future business, not just a current sale. Because of this mentality, I returned in 2015 to purchase an engagement ring and my fiancee couldn't be happier. A sales staff that all buys in to the same model is true customer service. Moyer has earned my future business.
Fernanda, as well as everyone at Moyer were absolutely phenomenal. They were attentive to what I was looking for and brought in pieces for me to look at in an extremely quick fashion. I would recommend Moyer to anyone who is looking for quality jewelry. They get the best pieces at the best price, while providing magnificent customer service.
Moyer was a wonderful experience from my first visit to picking up my wedding band. I visited five other jewelers to compare prices and options. I was very pleased with the value, variety, and employees at Moyer. They had competitive prices and the wedding band that fit my vision! Chrissy was even able to order the band I wanted in a half-eternity style, when it came as a full eternity style.

My fiancé and I were just "looking" and had planned on going to multiple places to see where we could get the best bang for our buck for my engagement ring and wedding band. Moyer was our first stop because our friend got his wedding band there. We walked in and were immediately intimidated thinking it was going to be out of our price range. We were greeted by a lady named Sheetal who ended up making Moyer our first and last stop! Moyer treated us with alcoholic refreshments during our shopping experience, which later benefited them, so that was a plus :) She was able to work with our budget and answer any questions that we had. After we purchased the wedding set, we received an awesome gift thanking us which was great! We've recently went back to purchase my fiancé's wedding band and they immediately new who we were. I'm absolutely in love with my ring and it's everything I wanted. I would highly recommend Moyer to anyone with any budget.
The store experience at Moyer is one of a kind. The friendly and knowledgeable staff great you when you walk in. They have a great bar upstairs that adds to the overall charm of the store.
Great experience. Fernanda is awesome and very helpful, everyone else seemed good too. I knew nothing about diamonds or rings and was nervous just walking into the store. After a few minutes with Fernanda I was comfortable, and after an hour or so I felt knowledgable about choosing a diamond and a ring.
Found Moyer online as I was looking for a Tacori engagement ring. I was told it would be impossible by local stores here in Stl MO to meet my time frame. Derek is the man! I've purchased my Longines, Tag Heuer, and Breitling watches, as well as my Wolf watch winder from him. He has always been extremely professional, informative, and friendly.
