I verified all the details of the move the day before. Movers were supposed to be there at 3PM. I call my movers to try and figure out what was going on and they said they aren't even in town and are still at another job. It will be a minimum of 2 hours before they will be on the way. No call from them to even let me know they were running late. I cancelled. Trying to move by yourself while your husband is away serving in the Navy is hard, which was why I hired someone. Too bad they couldn't follow through.

Terrible Support

I hired a moving company called "Simple Moving Solutions" in Tulsa Oklahoma through MovingHelp.com. They never showed up and each time I called them they kept saying they are on the way. Last time I called the company to check on their arrival the owner "Justin" got an attitude with me and stated that "they come when they can" and I was to move my own thing if I didn't like this. After more than 2 hours of our agreed time I contacted MovingHelp and they told me to "cancel" the service. Once I "canceled" the service I wasnt able to leave a review on this company. Support stated since I canceled the service I am not allow to leave a review. I told support that the reason I canceled the service because the company I hired never showed up and users have a right to know these sort of things before they make a decision.

U-Haul moving help is a scam. Contracted a place called America's Top Movers who confined date and time of move with me then left me high and dry on the day of the move. I had to load the renter U-Haul myself with my dad who has a bad back. Don't ever use Uhaul add on services. They are a scam.

I hired moving help because it was recommended by UHAUL. I could had hired temp help for a lot less. That's all they do. They only worked for 2 hours out of 4 I paid for and moving help never gave me a refund for the remaining time. All they do is subcontract and take a portion of the pay to the other company. If you call customer service they read your their policies ( which are totally unethical) and run you in circles. What a rip off. Shame to UHUAL for recommending such a service. I had such a bad taste I will never use UHUAL again.

The most thuggish movers I have experienced in my whole life. They were 2 hrs late with only 1 person showing up. Kiron Castle, so called CEO of Master Movers Demanded to have the payment code up front. When we refused he turned abusive, yelling profanity and Mother Effer, comparing us to his Kids and left without helping. Made Complaints about this beastly behavior to Moving Help and to De List Master Movers of Lowell. Moving Help did nothing. Hire from Moving help at your severe peril!

I used the site and picked a company. I selected 6 hours and the movers only provided an hour of work because they showed up late. We packed up the moving truck because we didn't want to wait. Moving company brought a third person when I was asked earlier the week about bringing a third person I said not needed. I still got charged the full amount of money. I paid over 400's for an hours work. When I call Uhaul, I was told to contact moving help. I opened a claim and the movinghelp provided no help and said it was between High Level Moverz and movinghelp said they would close the claim because it couldn't be resolved. It's so sad that these two companies treat customers in this fashion. Do not use them.

There's supposed to be a payment code for each mover you reserve, and they don't release payment from your account to the movers unless you provide them with the code that they then submit to uhaul as proof service was provided. Somehow my first mover got paid without me releasing the payment code and WITHOUT EVEN SHOWING UP! Find friends or hire people directly, AVOID MOVINGHELP.COM at all costs.

Thank you to Marshall Movers based in NOLA for coming to assist us on short notice all the way in Bay St. Louis! You guys were life savers, and I recommend them to anyone in the area considering hiring help.

If anyone at movinghelp.com would like to resolve this issue, it's been 5 days since I started calling, 3 days since my case was created and 20 minutes since I initiated your "live chat" service. I am very upset and my case number is #*******. If you bother to contact me for a change, make it good.

Thought I had a contract with UHaul to get my single storage unit delivered to my home... the Moving Helper never showed. I left him 3 messages and with no response, so I had to contact UHaul 3 more times, one for a fun 49 minute hold session! NEVER do business with these people!

My husband drover 23 hours straight after being rerouted due to a mud slide, because he wanted to be on time for the movers. Who never showed up. Day of e mail, no call. Customer Service no help. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

NEVER AGAIN!

I have used them twice, the first time I had to re-pack the contents of the U-Haul myself. The "pro's" they sent looked like they were hung over.
I took a chance again, out of desperation, the guys they sent were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing…"SEEMED TO KNOW" by the time I arrived at my destination my expensive furniture was was damaged due to the lack of knowing how to strap things down.
I called to report it and they said that I would not have to pay, two hours later the money way taken from my account.
Personally I hold U-Haul responsible, they know they have inadequate movers but use them anyway.

We were moving out of state on Sunday, they were suppose to arrive at 10am did not show up and then we kept calling them and they did not answer until 12pm. They gave us the lame excuse that people were canceling due to rain. It rains everyday in Florida. We had confirmed this appointment on Thursday and at 2 pm Stephanie finally tells us that they will be canceling and maybe we can rebook for Tuesday! Unprofessional! Do not using Mighty movers Hudson, Florida from the movinghelp.com website. Their phone number is *******469 good luck getting a hold of them!

I hired the services of this company when I was doing my U-box reservation with U-Haul. The company that was supposed to pick up my stuff the next day never called to confirm and when ai called him he was rude on the phone and very phony. The next day he never showed up and when I called movinghelp.com and uhaul to get my money back, nobody was accountable. I had to hire another company and pay extra. Then 3 days later a received a text message from the company that is supposed to deliver my stuff in the new location saying that the service was canceled. So whoever incompetent representative from this movinghelp company actually canceled the service that will deliver my stuff instead of the irresponsible company that never showed up but was already paid. When I called to get the issue resolved, they started to blame Uhaul for the mistake when obviously they were the ones who charged me.

They make us pay for any phone support, if a customer is fraudulent we get back charged the money weeks later how ever uhaul has all control over the payment and info & allows us nothing but we have to take the financial liability for fraud, they also just let people claim fraud, even when we have physical proof a customer is lying they allow slanderous reviews, the ranking system keeps good companies down and bad companies the cheapest. They grade us all by the last 10 reviews meaning 1 bad customer makes you look worse than companies who have 50 reviews and 8 1 stars. A company with 3 1 stars and 300 reviews mostly 5s can sink below a fly by night company…
Also they let us take bad reviews for having to charge in hr increments due to their sight has no way to bill half hours. But they let us hood providers take the blame for everything. They tell customers no refunds on the contract but then make us providers give them refunds even though it means we have to sit on job and wait for customer to get moving help takes an hr. Sinse there is zero dedicated line for moving providers to solve issues. Haha google your moving company hire them there

I had a state to state move in the beginning of January. I used the Uhaul Box option and hired the gentlemen from Moving Help to pack my belongings inside the 2 boxes. They were very thorough and tried to help me pack everything into 2 boxes. Rameesh really tried hard to pack everything into 2 boxes. Well, it turned out I needed 3 boxes. Justin assisted me in getting a 3rd box without making an extra reservation with UHaul. They went out of their way to pick up and bring the 3rd box to my address then return it once it was packed! The gentlemen Colin and Frank who packed my belongings were friendly and agreeable. I can never thank them enough for assisting me with my move.

FRAUD at work
July 6, 2018

I booked two movers through the link on the uhaul.com website. Movinghelp.com removed the full cost of BOTH of the movers, but gave me a receipt with only one of the services credited to my account showing that I had also only paid for one of the services. I filed a dispute with my bank when I couldn't reach anyone at movinghelp.com and was given the money back for the second set of movers. The day before my move, I checked my online reservation for the first set of movers to find that movinghelp.com had CANCELLED them and kept the money. I called the movers who were willing to put me back on their schedule pending another payment since they had not been paid. I've had to open ANOTHER dispute with my bank since they kept the money after cancelling the order. Worst company I have ever worked with and will never recommend them or work with them again.

In and Out No BS loading and Unloading movers

I moved on June 11,2021. Brandon and Brayden helped me tremendously! I have a disability and couldn't do a lot. Brandon showed up a hour before Brayden showed up. I had to go to a Dr's appointment and they stayed there for 6 hours! I only paid for 2 hours. They knew I needed the help and they loaded up my uhaul for me packed pretty well. When my family and I was unpacking it. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work that they did and helping me in anyway. Then Sheryl didn't even charge me for the extra hours. These guys are a huge blessing in disguised. Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to move and needs help. Ask for Brandon and Brayden! The best guys I promise you.

I tried and tried to contact in and out movers with no response. I decided to cancel my move request via text after which I was called by someone at the company who then started to harass me. I hung up and they called again. I hung up again and they called a third time.
DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! They did still charge me though they were useless.

Fantastic experience!

Our move in Brooklyn went soooo smoothly. Our two movers from Movinhelp were awesome! They were polite, on time and expertly packed our truck. They made it seem do easy. We were all packed up and on our way in no time.
I definitely would use them again. I highly recommend them.

Don't use this company

Hired movers from Movinghelp.com. They did a horrible job.
When we unloaded there was a LOT of damages.
Opened a ticket, and got nowhere with the hired movers, and MovingHelp.com straight up refused to do anything or help in any way.
DO NO USE.
MOVERS NOT LICENSED/INSURED/BONDED.

Company I hired was called "On the Move LLC". I did a search after the fact, and there is no such LLC registered in Colorado.

MovingHelp.com doesn't care and is unwilling to do anything about it.
