After trying to cancel my order got no response emailed them to make a return no response I sent item back un opened in original package was charged 20$ for some reason so much for easy30 day full refund policy they don't answer there emails won't buy from them again
Same thing happened to me kind of. Today is the 22nd and they issued me a refund on the 15th and I still have not gotten the refund. They never answer emails or pick up at their "office." I wish I could drive to wherever these guys business is at and raise hell. Don't offer services online and be completely unprofessional about it in every aspect of online shopping. An elementary business.
This is a great business the owner contacted me when my order was not able to be shipped due to delay from manufacture And offered me other option which could be shipped right away and also expedited my order.
I ordered open face helmet from motorcycledot, I called them to confirm that I need the item in 3 days for birthday party, they upgraded my shipping to expedited shipping for free and i got it in 2 days.
It was the correct item I paid for fast shipping didn't arrive on time and they gave me a hole refund on my shipping very satisfied will be ordering again!

I didn't get one item, I ordered a helmet but I guess there wasn't one in stock but you did refund me the money so that was good one of the parts I need to return because I ordered the wrong size how do I go about returning one of the items
Good. Was a little concerned that i received the confirmation email the same day as the products delivery but in the end i recieved what was ordered by the promised date.
