I counted 9 times I have emailed you. First I didn't have the part to prime the filters. I don't trust your filters and asked to return them. The person told me they are NSF certified, but it says nothing about that on box or paperwork. I opened an investigation with my credit card company.
Bad service, they keep saying they have shipped but shipping company says they haven't done anything but create a label.

I'm done waiting $5 are you kidding me? My parcel was supposed be delivered over a week ago, I want my money back, I have waited long enough! Shipping is out of your control then don't lie about shipment date, I would never have ordered from you if I knew this was going to happen!
Sent me the wrong filters. It's like pulling teeth to get anyone to email you back. They said they would send me the correct ones for 20 dollars more and just sell the ones I have or give them to friends because it would be $20 for me to send them back. I emailed the back and included their bs claim of "easy and free 15 day returns". Crickets. I'm over it. I got scammed, my lesson was learned. I should have just went with Amazon. Does anyone want to buy some random filters that don't fit anything with and over saturation of them for sale on ebay? Hmmm I wonder how many ppl this happened to. Stay away.
I was misled by l internet advertising, and bought a less expensive product that turned out to be the wrong size for my refrigerator. When I tried to contact your company for a Return Authorization, I could not reach anyone. After trying unsuccessfully for two weeks, I gave up and called my credit card company.
It took them two months to reach you.
As my shipment was not showing it was being shipped in a timely manner I tried contacting support and even tried talking with chat. My questions were not answered, I was told to just wait and chat just cut me off and sent an email saying they would answer my questions by email, which they never did. They finally shipped my order a week later and I received them. The filters seem to be of good quality but was not happy with their customer service
Can't comment on the filter, but the foreign transaction fee was a surprise. Was never mentioned when checking out. IMHO a very bad and poor policy. Be wary of them and vote with your wallet. I will never again order from them.
Do not order from this company... SMH how I could have been so trusting... should have checked the reviews first. They create Fed Ex shipping labels but don't actually ship the merchandise within a timely manner. There are numerous complaints about consumers not receiving their orders
Be prepared to wait at least a month for your purchase to arrive and look like it was dragged most of the way. MoreFilter support auto reply says to Kindly Wait, we're sorry for delay so they must get lots of complaints for same issue. Not to be trusted, you could do better.
I purchased this filter 6 months ago. At 2 months the filter stopped the flow of water so I blew it out with my compressor and it worked until today. Yes they should be replaced at 6 months if you want to believe the manufacturer. As far as water flow and use, over the 6 months the flow has been very slow and its only myself and my wife and we rarely use the filter water because our city water is so highly rated. In the past I bought off name brands which I was satisfied with but last time I decided to buy this based on the high reviews. PERSONALLY, I don't think you get what your paying for.
The last filter I ordered quit working after 3 months and my indicator light to change the filter had not turned yellow or red yet on my Whirlpool fridge. My fridge is just over a year old, and even after the replacing with a second filter my icemaker was not working. After much trial and error-I was able to get the icemaker to work again. I tested the water from this newly installed filter ( after letting several gallons run through first to dislodge any sediments) and the ppm reading tested almost the same as my tap water!
I used my new Zero Water Pitcher test gauge for the comparison. I also let some ice from the fridge melt and tested it and the result was the same.
I started to let the other bad reviews sway my opinion of the company. However, I got the filters and they are a good product. I got them in a timely fashion and the company was good about responding. They were a great price and I'm glad I decided to get the filters.
I received the wrong filters. I ordered #9083 and got #9081. I have emailed the company about fixing the problem and have not received a reply. I have tried to call and the call wont go through. Still waiting on a reply from the company. Very unhappy at this time.
Morefilter sent wrong freighrator filter and so far has not refunded my money It was almost eighty dollars I just wrote them again any questions write me. For the whole story in the mean time look at reviews first before buying there *******@gmail.com
I have ordered from MoreFilter 2x. In both cases, I received exactly what I ordered, promptly. Incidentally, the price of the filters was the best I could find and I scoured the site of the best known online retailer, among many others...
Long story short I messed up and ordered the wrong filters. I sent an email to notify them to cancel that order and once canceled I would order the correct filters. I got a reply from Riley with customer service who told me that the order was already processed and didn't think it could be stopped but that the order for the correct ones would be sent right away. Both orders came and when I asked about returning the filters that "I" ordered wrong I was told to not send them back.
Every email that I sent during this time was answered right away.
I did check and was only charged for the one correct order. If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is! I will get all my water filters from Morefilter in the future and you should too. By the way this was not the first order I had from Morefilter.

I bought from MoreFilter because they offer the product I needed at a reasonable price. Shipping was fast. They even followed up by email to confirm dellivery. I understand that sometimes buyers are not satisfied, but I will glady by from MoreFilter in the future.
I ordered three water filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator but received tje wrong filters. When I contacted the company (which I could only do by giving my email address and phone number, since the site does not have a contact number), and it took three business days for the company to respond, which they did by email. I was told that an exchange wasn't recommended, because I would need to pay my own shipping costs and that the product may not be accepted if it not returned in perfect condition (on other words, it might be damaged in transit). I was even toldvthat I could try to resell the filters or give them away. Thisvis definitely notvwilling to work with you, even if the mistake is theirs, and I would definitely reconsider purchasing from them regardless of their prices.
I Purchased a set of 3 filters from morefilter.com to find out the wrong filter were shipped. I requested an exchange and customer service offered me nothing but to dump them and buy another set. This is by far the worst answer I have ever received in regards to a request for exchange of a purchased item. Buy from vendors with better policies.
My credit card was charged, no filters were delivered. I can't get through to customer service on live chat, no tracking information was sent, emailed and was sent sketchy information with no tracking number. They claim it was delivered, it was not. I give this company a big zero.
