I have been buying from Morefilter for a few years. I have had no problem with the filters. Will continue buying from them.
Shipping time is not always quick so I reorder when I put in last filter.
It took 2 weeks for my product to arrive. I wrote and ask where it was and was told one time it was in Maryland and another time in Ohio. I live in Texas and it didn't seem to be moving in the right direction.
Made a mistake with the filter I ordered. Cost $38.00 they would only refund $24.00. They also took a long time shopping item.
I ordered filters a week ago, but have not received them yet. Are they on their way.
I'm going to contact Paypal because of no response.

False after-sales terms
Long story short I messed up and ordered the wrong filters. I sent an email to notify them to cancel that order and once canceled I would order the correct filters. I got a reply from Riley with customer service who told me that the order was already processed and didn't think it could be stopped but that the order for the correct ones would be sent right away. Both orders came and when I asked about returning the filters that "I" ordered wrong I was told to not send them back.
Every email that I sent during this time was answered right away.
I did check and was only charged for the one correct order. If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is! I will get all my water filters from Morefilter in the future and you should too. By the way this was not the first order I had from Morefilter.

I bought from MoreFilter because they offer the product I needed at a reasonable price. Shipping was fast. They even followed up by email to confirm dellivery. I understand that sometimes buyers are not satisfied, but I will glady by from MoreFilter in the future.
Can't see the difference between the original filter and morefilter, but the price! I will definitely order more in the future cause this is a maintenance item I need on a regular basis. Lucky for me to discover morefilter.
