It took 2 weeks for my product to arrive. I wrote and ask where it was and was told one time it was in Maryland and another time in Ohio. I live in Texas and it didn't seem to be moving in the right direction.

Made a mistake with the filter I ordered. Cost $38.00 they would only refund $24.00. They also took a long time shopping item.

I ordered filters a week ago, but have not received them yet. Are they on their way.
I'm going to contact Paypal because of no response.

The product does not fit or work. What users manual? Asking me to provide a short video. Of what?
False after-sales terms

Long story short I messed up and ordered the wrong filters. I sent an email to notify them to cancel that order and once canceled I would order the correct filters. I got a reply from Riley with customer service who told me that the order was already processed and didn't think it could be stopped but that the order for the correct ones would be sent right away. Both orders came and when I asked about returning the filters that "I" ordered wrong I was told to not send them back.
Every email that I sent during this time was answered right away.
I did check and was only charged for the one correct order. If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is! I will get all my water filters from Morefilter in the future and you should too. By the way this was not the first order I had from Morefilter.

YES thats whaqt they are, saying but seeing how this is the second time and second rearrangemnt for a second shipped and now you are talking about a third time and its been months and apparently FED EX WANTS TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT A FRAUD INVESTIGATION I THINK THEY have opened against your company BECAUSE OF NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS i want to know what i am suppose to do--if i hire an atty to protect myself which is np they are going to file for there fee and time and noqw they are saying yopu are a china basesed company using a international routye to charge international fee,. They said great britian or gibraltor i want to know what i am suppose to do as i have done nothing but try and order some filters from what i thought weas a reputale company but what has this company got me mixed up in i have no clue yet!
