I always shop online and so far I can confirm that Moongor has great customer service and great quality of cloth they sell. Their customer service team replies back within couple hours on any questions to them. The quality of the cloth is super great! The cloth is unique, stylish and comfortable. I am very happy to be a customer of Moongor and I recommend it to everybody!

This is a truly awful company. I ordered several items. Everything that I received from them was either wrong size or color or altogether a different item. And everything is of the lowest quality. It is impossible to return things to them because they are in China and shipping there is very expensive, especially because they demand tracking number. I lost money and I strongly recommend not to get involved with them.
Buying on moongor was a pleasant experience. By mistake I bought a product twice but already the day after customer service solved the problem for me. Received the products I noticed the excellent quality and perfect fit. I would definitely buy again.

I was waiting my parcel for long and was a bit worried and the lady chelsia has helped me through the email.
I satisfied what i orered. However, i think the tracking site has to be improve. It was hard to use or understand for non chinese speaker..
Another shop for my "Never Again" list. The dress I bought should have never been allowed to leave the factory. Looks nothing like photos, instead of black/neutral fawn checks, The over all look is quite yellow (which does not quite come out in the photos)and buttons are hot pink. But worst is the stitching, which is lopsided and in the front there is piece of the fabric folded over and sewn through. It does not look that bad in photo in reality the fold sticks out; the dress is not wearable. The second picture is from the listing. Seller offered $10 refund. PP told me to send back and apply to be reimbursed for the postage to China.
This site is very trusted becues I orders some clothes. Their clothes is very comfortable. Their produces is my worthy. Their shipping is very fast. So, I highly recommend.

This company is a scam. The items are poorly made, and once they arrive---good luck returning them. Although the items were shipped from here in the US, the company only allows returns to China. As they state in email response, the shipping to China is so expensive and they do not refund for the original shipping cost... so the customer might as well keep the item. They then off $15 as an incentive to keep at $70 item. Total scam.
These items have very poor quality. I want to return them, but it is impossible, because the company doesn't have return label or ways. The cost of returning shipping fee is your ownrisk. This is bad company. Don't buy anything!
These are low quality clothes. Different colors of photos, wrong sizes, fabrics and wool of poor quality. The return of the clothes is for the price of the purchase. They offer 30% of the value for you to keep the order. A fraud.
I truly have to say thank you. As all things go in life you are always skeptical of products you purchase online. But Moongor is excellent. Not only their products but their customer service. This counts a lot and I will continue to purchase from them with confidence. I purchase a silk scarf. Straw bag and both were of excellent quality and already have my wish list for more scarves and other items.
