I strongly urge everyone NOT to order anything from Moongor.com. The products I received were nothing like what was advertised online, completely misleading descriptions and poor quality. I made a purchase totaling $653.42 on January 24,2025, and received the items on March 3,2025. I returned $461.02 worth of items on March 7,2025 within their return policy," even covering the international return shipping and duty fees out of my own pocket. Despite following all their return procedures, I have been waiting over three months for a refund. They've done nothing but give endless excuses and have tried to negotiate in circles to avoid issuing my refund. Still NOT refunded yet. It's been an exhausting and frustrating experience, and I feel completely scammed. Save yourself the time, money, and stress, DO NOT trust Moongor.com.

I purchased a coat from Moongor and waited a year to buy it - I was SO excited to finally order this coat. It arrived and something felt "off" right away. It was too light, but maybe that was a benefit?

I opened the package and immediately put it on to get looks of confusion from my husband and coworker.

They immediately said it looked awful and uncomfortable and as though everything sat wrong. I realized as I was wearing it that the sleeves were not as described. The whole reason I wanted the coat was because I wanted a batwing coat. These were regular sleeves.

Then, I went to zip it up and saw that there were no zippers or snaps as shown in the image, just two sewn on buttons and two loops. It felt awful.

I immediately contacted them to let them know that I received the wrong item. First, they told me I could return, but the return shipping would be my burden. I then photographed the coat to illustrate that it was the wrong one.

They apologized, recognizing it was the wrong coat, and sent me the return address, reiterating that the shipping would be my burden. They also said shipping would take a VERY long time and they'd refund just 40% and I could give it to someone. Ha! No way! It would be an insult to anyone I know to give them that cheaply made atrocity. I firmly stated that I wanted to return it. They then told me to note in customs that it was worth only $20-30 (I paid $176).

In the end, I disputed the charge with my bank and am stuck with a garbage coat that hopefully someone would like. Donations, here I come.

The worst client service ever...!

I ordered 4 items on the 27th of January 2022 and I got received 2 of them after 1 month. And the rest 2 items I am still waiting for... It s April now... I sent, many times, request to do the follow up and to send me the two other products that I had paid fully but nobody responds... its very ridiculous. I have never ever seen such a bad client service and bad company. I m seriously disappointed.
Please do not buy in this site, its worthless!

Compré un abrigo, me aceptaron el pago pero no recibí ningún correo confirmando la compra. Al cabo de un mes, vi en mi cuenta un abono por la misma cantidad. Volví a pedirlo, pensando tonta de mi, que habría habido algún problema con el pago. Me lo envían después de semanas, me lo cobran, pasan dos meses y me vuelven a cobrar el abrigo, envío mensajes sin respuesta. Varias semanas después recibo el mismo abrigo y ahora no hay manera de devolverlo. Me encuentro con dos abrigos iguales, sin estrenar, sin poder devolverlos y cuando consigo que me contesten me dicen que lo tengo que enviar y correr con los gastos (no existe ninguna dirección) y como está muy lejos, mejor me lo quede y me reembolsan 15$, pero será dentro de mucho tiempo porque tienen que hacer sus cuentas. 116 euros se han convertido en 15$

I had never receive my order, they are thieves, this website is a fraud, all items are sent from China and it will never arrive. They know it but they keep stealing the money from the people, the customer service is a joke. And of course they dont want to refund my money.
NEVER BUY NOTHING IN THIS FRAUD WEBSITE!

I've ordered from Moongor approximately 4 or 5 times and with each delivery, continue to be pleased with their fashionable clothing and shoes/booties. It will be wise to view their return policy so that you are fully aware of the expense to return an item as well as to appreciate the logic of customer service offering you an alternative to sending an item back to China for a refund. Also, when contacting customer service, take into consideration the difference in time zones. Responses are not always timely but usually professional and within a 24 hr period. Comparable clothing purchased in the US would be double the price. Btw, the shipping time has improved tremendously! Finally, I am a real customer, not a fraud and, I will continue to buy from Moongor. Note: I suggest sizing up for shoes.

I love Moongor. I swore off these small unknown sites. Most have crummy quality, unusual sizing, and literally ship via a slow boat from China. Then when you try and return they make it difficult.

I'm sorry if moongor has been put in that category because they are definitely not the same. Really fun, funky clothes, nice fabrics, and they truly do get to you about a week from placing the order. I ordered eight items and kept all of them so I can't tell you about returns. I have another 12 items coming. That should tell you how happy I was with the first order.

I write from Spain, Barcelona. The expirience with Moongor was good. I ordered 12 items. Then I started to read the reviews. I was scared, because the most of reviews was about bad expirience. BUT when I received the order of all things ( skirts, dresses, t-shirts), they all was good. Yes, it is true that you should wait LONG time. I waited the arivale of items between 2 or 3 weeks, but it is ok. All items suites me and the size is correct. This is the most important thing. Only 2 dresses I will present to my friends, because the size is very big. But 10 items suites very very good. The quolity of dresses is good. I think that the point is to make the choice of items very carefully. You shoud really find your size, and mesure sm of beast etc. This way you will order the correct size. The body of chinese people and our european bodies are not the same. But what I can say for sure, that I love this clothes very much! So, I will repeat the shopping next year.

I was so impressed with the items I purchased from Moongor. I as many before me I'm sure, have fallen foul of a glitzy offer they see on Facebook only to be sorely disappointed but my experience with Moongor was sooooo not that. When I emailed the contact details about my order the response was quick, knowledgeable and understanding about my concern regarding the delivery date - to confirm it wasn't late - I just wanted to ensure it arrived by a particular date and in fact it arrived early, not only that but the quality of the items I received far exceeded my expectations. I've had many compliments from friends and strangers asking where I got the items from and have been only too happy to let them know. I will absolutely be placing a second order.
