Bad communication & Customer service
November 9, 2021
Paid a premium to have my car delivered after a certain date, only to have various items stolen from inside it. Was told by an agent that personal items could be transported in storage/cargo areas of car. This nor the date where communicated with the even worse UZ auto transport company they contracted. Both sides placed the blame on me.
