I placed an order at the website, 3 days have passed and i still dont know if the items have been shipped or not (or if they will ever be) since ive got no answer from customer service or any email what so ever. Besides that i see they have a good inventory and very reasonable prices.
I made an order, and was charged. Items never received. I contacted them to request either the items or a refund. They said the case was escalated to management. Months later, no refund and I haven't received the items. I think this site is a scam.

Most of the bracelets hold up pretty decently, but I have had the buttons break off on several of them. They only cost like $2.75 a piece so that is to be expected. I sell the things for $20-$25 each at my mall kiosk so no worries, I easily make my money back.

They requested that I said them a photocopy of the front and back of my credit card and a photo copy of my ID or passport.
When you enter your credit card online it is processed through a secure connection via the AIM payment processing client. This is a secure and encrypted connection and your card is immediately charged. They have no reason to request your information again via e-mail.
Be aware that if you send these sensitive documents - you'll never know where they'll end up or who will have access to them.
This is a HUGE security risk! Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money where it is protected and secured.

The site said free shipping if you spent 200.00 which is more than any competitor on the web... then took them 4-5 days to ship my small order then it goes ground from east coast to west coast and will take a week to get to me so after almost two weeks I will get my supplies! Before I even ordered from these guys I asked about one of there products and if it worked with a common tattoo machine used by thousands today, and I got told to email the manufacturer! Why they couldn't email or call there products manufacturer when they are the ones carrying there product is beyond me... crappy service with crappy shipping and crappy processing times most likely will not be ordering from them again... shame shame
Company is a joke. Both times I have ordered I have had to wait 12-15 days before the order is even shipped. Then the items are not the same as what was listed, or items missing due to "low stock" or out of stock. Had to send power supply back 3 times due to not working right out of the box, and then was told it would take 3 months to get another due to out of stock, or i could pay an additional $55 to upgrade to the next best item. Complete bull$#*!. Was told the processing time is one week, after 2 I called again and was told it was because payment was not received until 8 days after ordering, even though my aypal account clearly shows the payment was made same day as order. Stay away from these idiots, they wil rip you off at any opportunity.

That was a frustrating issue for a long time for you and for us.
This website is a joke. You will order something and after the order is shipped out and you have paid, you will receive an email saying that an item was out of stock, or that an item you ordered had limited amounts so instead of 10 you are only getting 2. You don't even know until it is too late. The customer service team is awful and rude. Stay away from this place and RUN if you ever enter their website.

I've made 3 orders so far. The first one was fine, just took forever to get to me. The second order I didn't know some of my items were out of stock until I opened the box and thought it was missing, only to go online and see it was refunded. They have no communication. My third order I ordered NITRILE gloves and received Latex. Sent emails, called, left messages, and nothing. The girl on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. Its now past the time period I can return gloves I'm allergic to, and still no answer. Ridiculous. Filing complaints everywhere I can so someone else doesn't have the headache I had. Go somewhere else to order jewelery or supplies, unless you like being ignored, lied to, and waiting forever.

Ordered from them about two weeks ago. Order has still not shipped to this day. After about 10 days I called them and they told me my order would ship "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and went and order still never shipped. Called back the next day and was told my order would ship later that day. It did not. Asked customer service why it was taking so long to ship my order and they told me March was an extremely busy time of year for them. Why the heck would March be an extremely busy time of year? And what kind of business has a 1-2 week+ processing time to get an order out? Emailed them yesterday and still have not gotten a reply from that either. This place is a joke
Hi Joe - Sorry you had a bad experience with us. We do have a very strong tattoo season in the months of February and March. This is due to the tax return season schedule. We try to ship all items within 24 hours, but we are not always able to meet our own deadlines. Increasing the rate at which we ship out items is a huge benchmark for us. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was opening a tattoo shop and had a few last minute things I needed to open. Placed a C. O. D. Order 10 days before opening. Somehow the package got shipped back to them. I called Fedex and they told me they would ship it back for free as long as monster steel gave the ok. Monster Steel refused to approved the reship. I would have had my package on opening day, but because they refused I had to return $1100 in deposits for my opening. The order was only $224.72 The order I placed before that was $1981. 09 You would think they would try to help but instead they refused. However the package arrived today June 11 lol. THE WOST COMPANY EVER! BUYER BEWARE!
Thank you for the review and sharing your experience. COD shipments can be a little tricky. There is no such thing as a "free service" from Fedex. If they go back out, they charge us a $13 COD fee. I am sorry you had a bad experience with the COD process.
I actually buy from them all the time. I have learned not to buy piercing tools or jewelry because they rust. They are supposed to be stainless steel. Terrible product. When I called them and sent them pictures of the 6 rusted tools they offered me a 25 % discount/refund. My pictures weren't clear? They finally offered to give me a refund once I mail everything back. They are rude. They don't care about making things right for customers. I asked that a manager return my call, never got that call back. I ordered tubes, received the wrong ones, took them a week to ship out the right tubes and they had no interest in expediting the right order. I do continue to buy Cavicide wipes and rubber bands, piercing needles etc, because they are good and priced well. But the customer service sucks so bad, I'm not sure the prices are worth it. I have figured out the hard way, what is okay to order from them and what isn't.

I ordered some jewelry from them and it took them a week to put my order together and ship it out. When I called to check the status, the girl on the phone was was rude and condescending. I order body jewelry from other companies all over the United States and it only takes 2-5 days to get the order to my shop. So they send me a tracking email because my order has finally shipped, with a tracking number. Tracking number does not work, so I call MonsterSteel to check on my order. They informed me that my package was with a PRIVATE SHIPPING company, and then they give it to USPS to continue to me. What?! Why is a private shipping company even needed to ship something using USPS? They are located in Florida, are they on their own island or something? But when I started to ask her why, she hung up on me. So, I will no longer be ordering from MonsterSteel.com, and I hope that others read this review and think twice before placing an order with them!
Thanks for your review. I can understand your frustrations. In order to offer free shipping on orders, we use third party carriers such as DHL, who in turn work in conjunction with USPS. Your order was likely shipped by DHL which simply means that DHL picks it up at our location, sorts it, then hands it off to the US postal service for final delivery. Sorry for any confusion.
I ordered a few items (10 needles, one bottle of black ink) three weeks ago. Waited 11 days for my package to be updated as "shipped". Four days after that, I had a full refund in my account, and no correspondence from MonsterSteel about why that would be. So I called, and the woman who answered the phone basically told me I shouldn't be upset that I'm not receiving my items because I received a refund.
Me: I'm not receiving my items? They were marked as shipped.
Her: Well you have your money back so we don't owe you anything.
Me: Debatable, but can you tell me why I didn't receive my items, and why I wasn't notified? If I hang been going through my visa transactions I wouldn't even have known, I'd still be waiting!
Her: You got your money back.
Me: Okay, thanks for clearing that up for
Her: *hangs up*
So yeah, only order from this site if you have no intention of ever receiving your products.
