I made an order, and was charged. Items never received. I contacted them to request either the items or a refund. They said the case was escalated to management. Months later, no refund and I haven't received the items. I think this site is a scam.

Ordered needles ten days ago, spent almost $90 and they haven't even processed the order, but...
