I ordered a few items (10 needles, one bottle of black ink) three weeks ago. Waited 11 days for my package to be updated as "shipped". Four days after that, I had a full refund in my account, and no correspondence from MonsterSteel about why that would be. So I called, and the woman who answered the phone basically told me I shouldn't be upset that I'm not receiving my items because I received a refund.
Me: I'm not receiving my items? They were marked as shipped.
Her: Well you have your money back so we don't owe you anything.
Me: Debatable, but can you tell me why I didn't receive my items, and why I wasn't notified? If I hang been going through my visa transactions I wouldn't even have known, I'd still be waiting!
Her: You got your money back.
Me: Okay, thanks for clearing that up for
Her: *hangs up*
So yeah, only order from this site if you have no intention of ever receiving your products.
Still waiting for my plugs... two weeks later and I haven't recieved them. I was charged though, so I will be contacting my bank so they can investigate!
I ordered Nitrile gloves and was sent latex of another brand and I called and told them they had sent Latex instead of Nitrile. Called them up and they sent latex gloves again. The problem they said was a sku number then they finally sent the right one. But I think rather than just looking at sku numbers warehouse workers need to be more knowledgeable about they types of products they selling rather than just looking at numbers.
I've never had an experience like the last reviewer. Items always arrive in 3 days, always exactly what was ordered as well. They do have a $100 minimum purchase, so keep that in mind. I use a regulated power supply from them that is an Eikon knockoff and I've used a few different machines from them as well. The DV8 machines are extremely good for the price. They hold up to my Mickey Sharpz micro dial anyway. As far as customer service goes, I wouldn't know, I've never had to call them. Maybe the other guy had the odd bad experience, but I'm a repeat customer and like I said, I've never had an issue. The only reason they didn't get five stars is they sell cheap Chinese machines alongside their better DV8's and the $100 dollar minimum can be a pain sometimes, like when you've added everything you need and you're at $98 so you have to add an a-bar or something to push it over..
Thanks for the review and your comments. We take all comments into account and in your case, we used the comments to reduce our minimum to $50 from $100 and also we separated the cheaper imported machines from the professional level machines. Thanks for all your input!
The first time i ordered from them it took 6 weeks this was part of a Christmas present i was upset but brushed it off as a busy time. Then we get it and the machine is rusted! Obviously rusted! They let us keep it (but its no good). Sent us another one but it wasn't even the same one we originally purchased. However he liked it so he kept it. Our bad is that we ordered from there yet again. To once again 3 weeks later never get our stuff. Here is the kicker It was never even sent, it was just there sitting int here shop because someone is to lazy to call Fedex to come pick it up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A JOKE AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR STUFF! We will see how long it take them to refund our money. This time we asked for a complete refund. Wast of our time and our money. WE ARE ANGRY!

I have read the reviews and have to say for myself that buying items from them for my shop was a freaking nightmare. Paid them over $900 and they couldn't even get it right. Power supplies came without thier foot pedals my jewelry was missing have the balls. I have called and $#*!ed. And there is no communication. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND BAD FOR OUR BUSINESSES. I will never order from them again.

Order was processed fairly promptly and arrived in decent time, decent quality products but one of the packs of barbells, order had been 10g, was sent 14g instead.
They offer quiet a nice selection and really fair prices. It's a great site. No doubt about it!
