Yes, I've been a customer since 2019. Why? Because:
– price and features: don't take my word for it, simply check and compare with others
– reliability: I host dozens of small to mid websites and issues are scarce
– support: simply outstanding. Every single support request I've ever filled has been solved in a range from 7 minutes to a couple hours.

Monsterhost is a third string hosting company. Their service fails far too often, but worse, they are very unresponsive about restoring service. They never explain what was wrong. They show no sign of trying to improve their service. This time, service has been down for five hours and counting, with zero response from support. I believe they have no support outside of 9 to 5 working hours.

I can't recommend Monsterhost to anyone with a serious need for web hosting, unless you have no concern about up time.

Their technician has been working with me to resolve a billing issue. He is the very best! Lots of emails, then she took the time to talk with me on the phone. He answered all my questions and solved my problem. Thumbs way up.

Nearly two weeks after reporting the problem, they still have not been able to get removed from the Spamhaus blacklist. Seems Monsterhost does not understand they have to do more than just request to be removed. They have to fix the problems, FIRST! Spamhaus makes this very clear on their webpages.

Update: We had several rounds of trying to report my IP to get off the Spamhaus list, before I realized they were giving me a new IP each time! So rather than fixing the problem, reporting had no effect. They had suggested I pay for a dedicated IP address which would be free of spam by other users. I talked them into paying for it. So it is working now... well, after adding a PTR record, which they helped me with. So I've bumped them up to two stars, simply because this should not have taken weeks to resolve. Still, things are working ok now and the cost is pretty good.

I'm a new user of Mosnetrhost and it has been excellent so far. They have little downtime, and their speed is good with a simple web panel. I haven't has a reason to call tech support yet, so I can't comment.

This hosting is very reliable. You can also connect with the support center any time you have a problem. They are very polite and knowledgeable and skillful.

They are really fast in supporting. I also have much help from them, I think it's the best hosting in the whole IT industry. Plan to say with them as long as possible.

I have trouble-free time with Monsterhost as their support team is always willing to explain my questions clearly and help any matter relating to hosting and SSL.

They provide an excellent support, they have a friendly system anf their resources are very good for running web sites smoothly and reliably.

I use the services of this hosting provider. Completely satisfied - I recommend them with no doubts!
