Rip off

I ordered Loma shampoo and conditioner and the bottles were broken and it leaked out in the package. That was after it took 6 weeks at least to ship. Emailed customer service and received no reply. Don't waste your money.

Zero stars should be an option! I ordered 32 oz Loma shampoo AND conditioner back in February. Never received them. I emailed multiple times. No reply. FINALLY, on Easter, he replied... being nothing but unprofessional & unbelievably rude. He said he'd fix the problem the next day. I gave him a week... nothing. I emailed 3 more times (2-3 days apart)... no reply! I contacted a recovery company to get my product or refund. They had no luck! I still have not received my product. Really? This guy is a total scammer. I'm not giving up until I get my money back. I'll go as far as hiring a Lawyer & make him pay for every cent it's going to cost me. All he needs to do is return my $53.00!

I placed an order 27 days ago and still haven't received it. A person named Alex wrote me back after I sent 3 messages to say that my order was returned "damaged" to them by USPS and would go out 2-Day to me. 7 days have passed, and I still haven't seen anything. There is also an order tracking part of their website where my order has shown as "pending" the whole time, and only today was updated to "shipped" - with a tracking number that doesn't work. While I hope I receive my order at some point, I still will never do business with them again. They also tout "free shipping" if you spend a certain amount - only to hit you with a "handling" fee that amounts to the same.

Fraud

Ordered a product and received an email confirmation indicating what was purchased, but that's not what was sent. Tried emailing them multiple times, but no response. They also emailed me other people's shipment information including their name and address.

I put in an order after 11 days and calling twice no one could give me a tracking number! Text the guy because it's a cell phone number on the site and told him I was disputing the charges and within 7 min I got an email saying my money had been refunded... it's ridiculous that it took me threatening them to get them to do something!

Beware of this website. I placed an order for close to $100 in product. My credit card was Processed promptly. The receipt I received indicated I could expect shipment in 5-10 days. On day 11 when I had heard nothing I sent them an email. No response. Several days later I sent another email. No response. Then I received notice my order had shipped. After waiting another 8 days waiting for the shipment to arrive I sent another email. Again, no response. This cycle has been happening for well over a month at this point. Still no product and no response. My credit card company is now in the process of trying to reclaim my payment. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is!

Don't order from them

Terrible customer service, never responded to email about where my product was. It took 3 weeks to get my shampoo/conditioner. Then it was the wrong one I ordered. Should have known when the website has no customer service number and a F with Better Business

I have written three e-mails to these guys about a faulty nozzle on 2 Brocato mousse
Bottles. Not one word of response. I'm out 32.95 they're out any resemblance of integrity toward their customers. Run the other direction as fast as you can't. Don't waste a penny on these scammers.

My package took over a month to get here and I was so excited to get it because I love the Loma shampoo. But when I received the lid was broken from the packaging they packed it. It was protected at all and put in a envelope. A bunch leaked out and Ive emailed them 3 times for at least a replacement but Ive got no reply. Great deals, but awful customer service

This site has great prices on awesome brands of hair care products. I love Coppola Keratin Complex hair products. They are extremely over priced at the hair salon. I was happy I found my products for a cheaper price on this site.

I had ordered several times without issue. This time I never received my order but they didnt hesitate to charge my visa the day I ordered. I emailed several times and called, they never returned anything. Got my card company involved and 3 months later its still not resolved. Save your money and go else where. This company should not be operating.

The product I ordered was not the product I received. As directed by the website I sent emails asking for a return number, etc but did not receive a reply to any of them. No way to contact by phone either. Lesson learned - I will not be a return customer.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They took my money right away but never sent the full order. I emailed many times. They finally answered and said they'd send the rest of the order asap. It never happened. They are thiefs. Stay away from them.

I ordered the Loma Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner combo-pack. The items were shipped in an envelope with zero padding and literally HALF of my shampoo bottle had leaked out in the envelope I received it in. I emailed the customer service department with attached photos and explained that not only was it a complete mess, I was missing half a bottle of shampoo due to poor packaging on their end. I heard NOTHING back from them, and they DON'T have a customer service phone number. Beware! I will never purchase from this company again!

Damaged

I ordered a large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. They arrived damaged. The bottles were punctured and the contents had leaked out. It was a slimy mess. They were merely wrapped in some type of plastic and dropped in the mail that way-not in a box, no packing material to protect them. I contacted the seller and sent photos. It took multiple emails before Alex responded. At first he said he would send a replacement order-saying he would wrap it up "real tight'. When I asked for a tracking number, he back tracked and said I never sent photographic proof of damaged goods. I had already sent it twice, but I sent it again. He said I should feel really bad because the cost would come right out of his pocket. Next he said there wasn't that much damage. As if that was acceptable. At that point, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In his response to them, he said I was a liar and a bully! He did finally issue a full refund. Today I received a taunting email from him. I certainly would not recommend anyone do business with Monsterhair. Alex handled customer service in a very unprofessional and rude manner.

Frustrated

I ordered from this company a few years ago. Waited awhile for the order, then when it came the box looked like it had been ran over by the mail truck. I was told they packaged the products horribly and they would replace items that were damaged and they did. I ordered several more times and other than the length of time it takes to get my products I have been happy, until recently. I ordered a large amount of hair products over a year ago. It was several months before I got around to using the hairspray. When I used it something was horribly wrong with it. It did not smell like the hairspray I use and went on like super glue not like the light and manageable hairspray I normally used. Since it had been several months I didn't return it. It normally has a floral smell, this smelt like a skunk. I true do again and got some moose last month. Again the moose normally has a floral smell and come out silky smooth. This moose smells terrible, almost dusty and comes out foamy. It too is like putting super glue in my hair. I just ordered a can of moose from someone else to see if it is like what monster hair sent or if monster hair is doing something to the products they are sending out. I will update after I compare the new foam to that I received from monster hair.

They sent half the order but charged the full amount. Will not respond to emails. That makes them thieves. Do not order from them if you want to get your products.

This place looks like a place full of diverted products. The NovaLash products on the website have prices jacked WAY above the actual products you buy straight from the NovaLash website. Literally. I noticed NovaLash products priced $40 above the prices you pay when bought straight from NovaLash or a NovaLash salon or spa. DO NOT BUY these products as some of them are being illegally sold. NovaLash only retails their products to salons and certified lash artists. When I called NovaLash to ask if they were a reputable company, they stated that this company is not on file with them and are not authorized to be dealing their products. I have no idea where they are getting them but it is all diversion at EXTREMELY jacked up prices. BEWARE! YOU ARE EITHER NOT BUYING THE REAL PRODUCTS OR THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY OLD, BLACK MARKETED OR TAMPERED WITH.
