I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a company. I would tell anyone considering Monoprice to save their sanity and go elsewhere. I placed an order on 9/7 and it shipped via Lasership (terrible company as well) on 9/12. I was supposed to receive my order by the 13th and it never showed up. I have called these people over 10 times to no resolve. I get the run around and a bunch of empty promises. I was promised that a new order would be shipped today and I would receive a confirmation by end of business day, and I did not. They state that their customer service closes at 6:00 PM Pacific Time, yet by 5:45 they no longer answer phones. Also, live chat is supposed to be on until 7:00 PM Pacific time and it is 5:50 and no one is available. I am supposed to be on a job site on Monday, which I made them aware of that and they have yet to resolve this issue.
Ordered some parts for Christmas 20 days out. They shipped it when they got to it and I had to reach out to customer service twice before they sent me a shipping number. Finally got someone on chat who told me, they were busy and sorry things weren't going to make Christmas. Lost my business in the future. You get what you pay for.
Monoprice.com is THE place to buy cables and computer/AV accessories. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. The prices are amazingly low and they do NOT short you on customer service. I have contacted monoprice a few times and have always had a great experience.
I've bought quite a few items from monoprice and the quality of their products is top-notch!
The representatives I dealt with were are courteous and answered all my questions. I had to replace one of the items and they were prompt and helpful. I will be ordering additional merchandise from Monoprice when. Needed.

I ordered the Monoprice active noise canceling headphones with bass boost and could not be happier. I listen to music everyday and it is such a big part of my life. These headphones are cheaper than most other noise canceling headphones and still give amazing sound quality. They are very flexible headphones and they have a great style.
Additionally, the company itself is amazing when it comes to customer service. They are quick to respond and great with help. I accidentally cracked my headphones 6 months after I received them, I told them about it, and I was able to send them back and receive a new pair for free! This company rocks and their products rock. Definitely a 5 star company that should receive more recognition.
As I wrote in my first review, I had low expectations and bought the cheapest bread machine I could find. I was surprised to find that the Strata machine sold by Monoprice has a vertically oriented loaf pan. All the others I have seen are horizontally oriented. I am not a baker, but I am an engineer. I know that kneading bread dough requires force to compress the dough ball. Gravity is available; why not use it? A vertical machine has the entire weight of the dough resisting the paddle, as well as the nearby vertical walls of the pan to squeeze against. The proof is in the bread. My whole grain loaf was well textured. I also made yogurt with the Strata. It has a fermentation cycle that does the temperature control. Good yogurt!

I bought a bread machine from Monoprice, frankly because the price was the least I could find. Why would I buy the cheapest machine? Because none I see on the web is satisfactory. They all are limited to at most a small, 2lb loaf, and they are all light-duty machines. The dough paddles are small and thin. Some brands supply an extra paddle. What does that tell you? All this in mind, I decided that they differ mostly in eye appeal, gimmicks, and price. A heavy duty, durable bread machine, such as the old Black & Decker B1600 that made up to a 2.5lb loaf is no longer to be found. I am still evaluating the machine I bought, but I have confidence in Monoprice's return policy.
Great service, huge product selection, and the customer service is second to none. Business owners take note: this is how to run a business. I have been a return customer for 8 years, and if I need cords, cables or IT or tech stuff, there is no need to look any further.

I contacted monoprice.com because my order is stuck "pending" instead of being processed and shipped. "Sarah T." said to refuse the (eventual) shipment or return it to UPS within 5 days. Instead of canceling order, not shipping, and issuing refund the items must cross the country twice before I can (again) request a refund. Co-worker ordered identical item a couple weeks ago, it was not packaged properly, and it arrived with metal components bent out of shape. They are making him wait until his purchase is returned before shipping a replacement so he had to dispute transaction with his credit card company. Person I thought recommended monoprice says I'm stupid for ordering from them, that he was using them as example of company selling rebranded junk...
My experience with monoprice.com was excellent. I purchased headphones and had to contact the company twice to get some additional instructions for their use. The people I spoke to were knowledgeable and professional. I also had to return a small item I had purchased. Monoprice responded immediately and sent me a prepaid postage sticker so that I can return the item for refund. No hassles, no delays. I highly recommend this company.

I can only speak for my own experience, but I recently placed an order for two glass monitor risers that were on sale. When only one of them was delivered, I contacted support after a few days, spoke with an agent named Sharleen, let her know what happened, and she had the missing stand sent out with no questions asked. Of course, it wasn't an ideal situation to receive only half my order at first, but everything ended up working out.

Purchased a Maker Select 3D Printer v2 on 6-22-17. Attempted to use the on-board mini USB drive. Would not load to machine. Apon investigation, found that two of the 8 transfer pins were melted and bent. No communication with the card. Stated a RMA on 6/28/17. Have been given the run around by tech support and sales that the new policy is a wait of 10 days, this was on July 1,2017. Here it is July 24th and have yet to receive a credit for my money. California should shut this rip off business down.
I buy any and all audio equipment from this site because it's as good as, if not better than, the top name brands for that product, and it's sold at a fraction of the price. I've bought XLR and instrument cables, phone cables and chargers, home theater speakers, PA speakers, headphones, earbuds, a sit-stand converter desk, and a desk lamp. I'm always surprised with every new product I buy because it's of a higher quality than I expected. I've convinced three (3) friends to order from Monoprice, and each one has already gone on to buy more items from the site because they were so impressed.
I guess what I'm saying is that this website is dope and you'll be very satisfied with whatever product you order from them.
I ordered something online and they just told me that my order might have been lost in transit. I tell customer support that I've been waiting over a month for these headphones and ask her over live chat to send my next order express and they just ignore me.

They sent me the printer but it was broken and they sent me it back still broken until finally replacing the unit. The employees are great and I feel bad that they have to work for a company with such ridiculous policy's. I had to ship in the printer to get a screw replaced instead of just getting a replacement screw. The printer is okay when it works and gets the job done really good for the price.

I have attempted to order from monoprice.com on two occasions. The pricing for the items was very competitive.
Both were small orders of less than $20 USD. In both cases I selected the standard shipping offering. Neither time did I ever actually receive the product that I purchased. I waited over 30 days to receive the item - the tracking number showed that it had shipped and was even in my local zipcode, but it never arrived. I contacted monoprice and they refunded my money, which was good, but seems like their tracking is iffy at best. Sort of "We might have shipped it, we might not have. We're not sure. You might get it, you might not. Why don't you wait a while and see if you get it, and if you don't get it let us know and we'll refund you." Many other reviewers say the same thing. Would not purchase from them again.

I purchased a pair of headphones from Monoprice, the lightweight ones, and could not be happier with them! I bought them on sale for $9.00. The first pair I had an inline adjuster that was bad, so I called Monoprice and they told me to keep the headphones and they would send me a new pair! Ordered cheap wired headphone which were never delivered to my door or mailbox. Despite tracking shows the package get stack in local USPS for 5 days, Monoprice advised to keep waiting. After 10 days Monoprice asked me to check the entire apartment complex to see if it delivered to the wrong door and went silent afterward. So Monoprice took customer's money but did not deliver the goods then washed its hand. I wrote them I had spent too much time on such a trivial amount, and I was not going door to door trying to locate the package as they asked, assuming it was really delivered (I had never had issues with delivery issues before this - be it with Amazon, Fedex, etc.) But I'm prepare to spend a bit more time reporting this to BBB
