Paid for 2 day shipping, when it didn't arrive I requested a date change as i was not going to be at the address. They refused to refund the 2 day shipping charge ($15), and passed on the extra $12 dollars to change the date. Cancelled the order heading over to Bose...
I sent my printer back to these people to be repaired, they tore it apart and claimed I had took it apart which was out right lie, then sent it back to me missing the front knob, and still tore apart.don't buy the piece junk, customer is the worst in the USA.
I bought an Indio Classic solid body guitar and had a small issue with it. I was contacted in less than a day and the problem was dealt with. My only "problem" is their items are very popular and I am waiting to buy another guitar which is almost impossible to find.

I was not very happy about the delivery time that was slightly delayed but in the end I did get what I ordered and it was in good condition. They did give me a notice for the dealy and I am glad for that because it shows that hey care for the customers. I will be interacting with them more because they deserve it.

Writing this review solely for the purposes of praising monoprice lifetime warranty on their cables. I bought 3 of these cables over 2 years ago. One of the cables stopped working (as most charging cables usually do over time) and so I requested an RMA to have the cable replaced. Monoprice immediately fulfilled the replacement request and sent me a new cable. No hoops to jump through... just a simple 3 question online form to fill out! Easy peasy! Thanks Monoprice!

This company goes above and beyond on any issue or question you might have. The customer service personal are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been buying cables from this company for more than 12 years and I have always been very happy.
I had ordered a few things and have them delivered to my new home as the delivery date was after my closing date. The equipment was actually delivered a few days sooner and thus I was not able if meeting the equipment at my new home. The selling realtor actually saw the equipment on the door step and moved it into the home. I therefore did not see it and contacted monoprice about the issue and they out it through the shipper and was ready to ship me replacement equipment with 2 days but by then the realtor had told me of what he did and I called monoprice to inform them of the situation.

I ordered a speaker volume control and needed technical advice. The person answering my call took all the info on my problem and told me he would verify with a technician and call me back. One hour later I got the call and the answers I needed. Another time I had to change something in a order I had made a few hours before and the person answering my call was very nice and made all the changes I wanted without any hesitation. Great service!

Information I received was helpful. Thank you for advising me that I need a step up transformer with a min wattage for the amp. I hope monoprice will do a version for with 240 suppy or switchable 110 to 240vac as their is a big demand for these 15 watt amp in Australia New Zealand. Please help us out. A sudden change in the customer treatment at Monoprice! An order was placed 31 Aug and as of 5 Sept it was not shipped yet. The company is not returning email messages and is not providing any information about the order status.
In the past the merchant was selling quality items and the shipment was the nest day or the same day.
What a disappointment!
The website is easy to navigate and find the TV mounting kit that fits my needs.
When I had a question I emailed it to Monoprice and received an answer withing 15 minutes.
The product I purchased is #6200, Monoprice Stable Series Full-Motion Articulating TV Wall Mount Bracket. It was very reasonably priced at $49.99.
Product is excellent and I'm well satisfied.

I ordered a product and then cancelled it when I received no notification of shipping in a timely fashion and could not reach them by phone to address their shipping time frame. (I was dealing with the timeline in which I had to receive the product and their failure to ship in the timely fashion was not going to work with that timeline)
Although they acknowledged receipt of my cancellation they never cancelled the credit card billing to my back so I am left paying for a product I never received. This is a company where buyer beware are important words of caution for the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with in my 70-plus years of life.

For my first 3D Printer, it is doing a good job for me of creating many pieces and parts for my Arduino micro controller projects. It was easy to setup and configure to start printing.
The heated bed surface of this printer is a good quality, no damage so far, after a lot of printing pieces.
Plenty of other projects, pieces that are coming, and with fun.
I am satisfied with this product.
I had an intermittent problem, loose power connection that was fixed easily with few e-mail exchange with customer support people. Fast response of my support inquiry and great people that dealed with me for that.

I have tried several times to contact Monoprice to get a component of one of their products. No success at all. Of course MP has sent me ads for more of their products but why would I buy another product when I can't get support for the one I have?
I attempted to use their "chat now" which turned out to be "chat never." "No agent was available. There has never been an agent available when I have attempted to use their "chat never", I mean, "chat now."
Save yourself the hassle, skip Monoprice and buy from Walmart or Walmart.com. They have much better customer service.

I ordered a tube amp from Monoprice. It was delivered exactly on time. At no fault of Monoprice one of the tubes was broken in shipping. I contacted Monoprice and in three days they had a new tube delivered at no cost and replaced and works perfectly. Thank you Monoprice

Talked to a tech on the phone who helped me choose a 40 ft hdmi cable. It cam on time an was bad out of the box. Called to return and replace and cust sc was excellent. Couldn't receive a replacement until I returned the bad one (bad product should be replaced immediately). New cable works as promised, all is good.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
