I bought a simple lighting solution for my soundboard. The first one was a true dud. Once these folks were aware of the problem they acted quickly to send me a replacement. No hassle. No static. No crap. Just a good customer service attitude and a speedy replacement!
The only reason I don't give 5 stars is, well, there was a problem with the first item. But "stuff" happens and they made it right!
If I ever have need I'll buy from them again and I'll mention them to my friends!

I am new to 3D printing and I purchased their Maker 2 Ultimate. I have had the misfortune of having to exchange twice, first was from soldering issues and the second was from a faulty filament sensor. The last exchange I accidentally left two replacement nozzles in the accessories box. Instead of telling "too bad" they are sending me two more. Each time Monoprice customer service has been outstanding and supportive.

This the by far the best company I have dealt wit. I notified them of problems I was having and they advised how to try and fix it myself. When that didn't work they sent me return labels so they could repair at the factory or replace if necessary. Namaste

Well once again monoprice provide zero phone support and doesn't respond to emails. They sent me a nvr that won't install ip cameras and have now gone through 3 saxophones that were damaged. But the latest one is a used instrument, no manual and the reed is already attached to the mouthpiece and without any of the spare reeds. Selling used equipment as new is illegal. So now monoprice is not only doing horrible customer service, but doing illegal activities.

Monoprice is the first place I go to for electronic items. If I can find a product on Monoprice that meets my needs, I find that I can save 30-50% over branded products from other sources. Pre sales support has been great. I have not had a failed product yet, so I can't comment on post support. My only negative comment would be on documentation provided with their products. Too often the provided documents are minimal at best. Overall, I've been very happy with this company.

I ordered my product 12/19/18 and Monoprice shipped it the following day. However, I did not receive my order until 1/2/19. The package was sitting on my neighbor's vacant porch for more than a week. He came home yesterday and brought it over. I don't think this was Monoprice's fault except that they chose to use a shipment service that was less than diligent. In any case, customer service was excellent, the product worked perfectly, and I will continue to order my products from Monoprice going forward. Thanks!

Just before Christmas, my wife broke our living room table top glass. I scoured the internet and furniture stores looking to buy new furniture. Luckily, I found Monoprice and the exact size for restoring the existing table. We saved the investment for a new furniture and we feel better for it. We did not receive the delivery before Christmas, but the empty space made great conversation with our guests. The order was delivered yesterday and was a perfect fit. Thanks, Monoprice.
I ordered a couple of noise cancelling headphones paying a shipping premium for 2 day delivery. Mono price never sent the parcel to the shipper. I called them to let them know that the shipper (Lasership?) had posted an exception on their tracking screen saying that they had not received the parcel. Mono price customer service said that happens all the time but that the parcel had actually shipped. Three days later, no headphones and the shipper still posts that they haven't received the parcel. Guess I'm going overseas without headphones. Terrible customer service, zero effort to correct problems brought to their attention, and a "too bad" attitude. Lesson learned. I will never buy from this company again.
I've placed multiple orders with Monoprice and each time I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality and shipping speed. As always, the price is right. Great experiences all around! I've had to enlist the help of customer service once and they were prompt and helped me get everything resolved.

I am opening a venue and purchased a Sonos system. Pricey and wonderful.
After calling Monoprice, they assure me of their super metal shelves to secure each of my 500 speakers up high...
Once we received them, we realized those shelves could indeed move the speaker from right to left and up and down... YET, speaker would be free standing... Not able to secure the speaker to this shelve is simply insane... and we told them do!
We of course decide to return those "effective" shelves... as they do not serve a purpose safely.
Company refused to pay for return(48 dollars). And took longer than usual to reimburse.
The manager was out to lunch. No one cared... I would not advise to buy from this company as products are poor and so is their response...
I have been buying from Monoprice for about 5 years and have been very pleased with their products. Lifetime guarantee on all of their cables has come in handy a few times since I have some pretty heavy cable abusers in my household. Any replacement/returns that were necessary were handled very well.

I bought two new subwoofer cables which Monoprice describes as being CL2 rate (for in-wall installation) for a new construction. Code requires that cables placed in wall are at least CL2 rated so I went ahead and ordered them.
When I received them the packaging stated they are CL2 rated BUT there is nothing on the actual cable - so there's no way for me, or the inspector, to verify that they are actually CL2 rated. Now the inspector wants me to remove them and replace them with something that says they are CL2 rated.
A total waste of money buying Made in China crap from these junk sellers.
I have been a customer for a few years, everything from computer networking equipment, audio cables and speakers, hiking equipment, to musical instruments. I have never had anything but a great experience with Monoprice. The one time I received a product that had been damaged during shipping, they replaced it free of cost with a perfect model. I will continue to use Monoprice as my go-to store for whatever I can get there.
Absolutely, unprofessional. I placed an order on 9/2/21, for discounted items. They guaranteed shipment. After calling twice, I received an email that the item is out of stock and will not be available until 10/10/21. I've placed orders for tge same item in the past and received within 10 days. No one even took the liberty of updating me. Similarly, the same product I ordered is now available for purchase on their website for the original price.
I will be finding another supplier for my business needs.
I purchased a Select Mini V2 around 40 days ago. My SD card that came with the printer recently is mostly bad in available memory and getting worse. I am no longer able to print anything bigger then small files. I have not been able to find a replacement Micro SD card to work. Tech support does not respond and in a attempt to return the printer its very quite... that is no response. In a short while I will have a useless printer once the card goes completely bad. To say I would use MonoPrice again would be a lie. I hope I have a useable printer tomorrow. I have read forms to create a new working Micro SD card with no success... Reconsider using Monoprice unless your sure you wont have issues... on second thought... If someone would just respond to any of my request i may be less ticked... really.

I several transactions with Monoprice since November all were above favorable. A couple of items had to be returned for different reasons. The returns were simple and prompt. The service personnel were courteous and quickly responded with knowledge and courtesy. And always included an email containing our conversation. The last one was an item a never received. This generator once again when the power went out it didn't even work a coffee maker or a lamp. Had it plugged in and fully charged at the beginning of the month, 28 days later we have storms come through, no power no working generator a total waste of money. Do Not Buy One.

I have been using my MP Mini Delta printer for almost a year. A sensor failed, and MP offered me a new unit or replacement part. The service rep responded quickly to all my emails, and the service manager even checked in to make sure all was correct. I received the replacement printer within 2 days of them getting my old one back. I am now printing again and am "one happy camper." Thanks.
