I got shunned away from other loan places but if you need help and understand there will be high interest rates involved then go to Money key. The operator I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. I'm borrowing 600 and was explained that if I want to pay it all back at once I must pay 833 in full. I'm strapped til my next payday so to pay this back in full hey it will be good on my credit as well. Take the good with the bad. My experience with Money key was a pleasant one!
Did not receive money into my account via "next business day" and also when called they transferred me multiple times then when asked they said call bank! I have direct deposit and never had a problem with it, the account and routing number is correct and was verified! Scam if I have to pay for something I didn't receive I will Sue!
Kristen was terrific. Very helpful and explained the process perfectly. She was also patient during the bank verification process. I would recommend MoneyKey to anyone looking for a short term loan solution which takes minutes to complete.
Andrea was very kind. There were some extra steps that I had to take in order to get my loan approved, but she was very patient and thorough with the directions. I appreciate her great customer service.
Although it is an expensive alternative, but when a bank will not work with you this company was there when I needed it most to pay a couple of bills due to my wife's cancer hurting us financially. If only banks were more caring instead of a number.

Most terrible place that I have ever dealt with. After sending document upon document for them, I was asked for one more, which I provided. Checked status. Said withdrawn! Went to chat. Gave info, she went to check, and ended the chat. Not one answer! Would not allow me to reconnect. Emailed associate, he would not reply! All after being told I was approved, and signed documents! Just waiting now to see how they are going to rip me off! BE WARNED! HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE!

I have used Money Key 3 times now and the 1st loan I paid If quickly paying more than minimum. The second time I asked for a little higher loan and a supervisor approved that looking at my payment history. I got in an accident therefore needed a 3 rd and was already approved from my past loans and I'm thankful how easy they make the process
Ok so i wrote a review about all the fees attached to this loan I borrowed from them. They were kind enough to reach out to me and you offer a solution which I thought was fair being as though they were getting every dime I borrowed and then some. Now here is the kicker once I satisfy their terms my loan will be considered default because I didn't pay all those outrageous fees and interest. Now my problem is they reached out to me because they didn't like the negative review I gave and offer me something different and mind you didn't tell me while we were on the phone but once I received my papers through email it states clearly that once I comply with this agreement my loan with them will be considered a default loan. So either way they got me they let go of the crazy fees but hurting my credit. Wow!

PayDay loans and the like are no fun but it can help get out of a bind from time to time. MoneyKey has been great to work with - they are always very nice and professional and take extra steps for security. Today I worked with Irene and she was great - she got everything taken care of quickly and smoothly.
I took the wrong loan out and did not understand why i was still being charged. Elana went over my product and I found out it was a line of credit. I had a surgery and could not afford to pay anymore, she saved my life by putting me on a plan that fit my income. I am now done paying my loan thank you moneykey for being there when i needed help.
I was really short on money for my bills. I contacted them and they immediately helped the next day with money deposited into my account. Took a lot of stress off of me! Becky
I needed some extra money for bills after my fiancee lost his job. Not only did Moneykey provide me with the money I needed at the time, I continue to use my account because the customer service is excellent! Today, I spoke with Take a who was very professional, patient, and guided me through the process that I needed to correct an issue I had with my account. Irene, my service representative, was incredibly polite and professional and not only resolved my issue quickly, she actually far exceeded my expectations and really brightened my day. Customer service of her caliber is rare and extremely appreciated, coming from someone who has worked in the phone service industry. Things have been difficult for me and Irene understood and worked to help me. Kudos.
I asked what would be the monthly payments on a $1,000 line of credit. She stated around $140. She said it is like a credit card. First payment was $388 and none of it goes to the principal. Each scheduled payment does not go to the principal. If you pay over the minimum payment then it goes to the principal. However everything is figured out on your original amount. So if you started with $1,000 and you pay it down to $200 everything is still based of $1,000. The attorney generals of several states are getting ready to take action on this scam company. Just a company taking advantage of loopholes until states shut them down. No matter what kind of dire situation you are in stay away. They will only make your debt multiply

I think that money key is a very good company and their rates are very fair and their customer service representatives are fantastic especially a lady by the name of Irene who helped me with my upping of my second loan with your company and she was very courteous everything was great no problems even the second customer service rep was nice keep it going you'll always have my business as long as you guys are like Irene your customer service rep.
The company is very helpful and well answer all your questions. I have asked every question possible pertaining to muy situation from cost to how to save paying back along the way. They have been truthful and sincere.

I suggest you all read deeper into what we are saying - those against and dissatisfied before reviewing and be drawn into their very standard "MoneyKey Response" to those who take a stand or say it like it was with details. They didn't come back with details - oh and with my final payment on 4//17 their rep says it is settled and well you can't come back to us. Why? I paid them and in full and on time and more than enough. Should have good standing. Right? Something fishy.

Answer: Nope! It's high-interest, as hard credit checks aren't performed, but all info can be found on MoneyKey.com. B rating with BBB, and registered with the Online Lender's Alliance.
Answer: It all depends which State you're in, and whether you're paid weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
Answer: MoneyKey only reports to credit bureaus when repayments default, or are sold to 3rd-party collections or to a bankruptcy/consumer proposal trustee. Otherwise no.
