I have had nothing but a professional experience with Moneykey and their representatives. Every one of my questions was answered in a timely manner. Also if the representative wasn't sure about something, I was directed to someone who could answer my questions.
First, I want to say they have good customer service representatives. I have borrowed from them a few times, but I've always pay on the first installment. This last time I needed more time to pay. I borrowed $1225 and have made 5 $200 payments. I called today to get the pay off and was told it was $2054. What the what? The representative informed me the payoff is even higher if you don't pay off within two weeks. I've never been so shocked in my life. I knew the rates were high, but I'm paying over $3000 for a $1225 loan. I can't wait for Ohio to ban this predatory lending.
Kristen was not only professional but patient and kind. No one ever likes to HAVE TO take out a loan and I appreciated her kindness. She is a valuable asset to your company. I did tell a colleague the same day I qualified for my loan and finished the paperwork, and she is already calling for help as well. Thank you!
After two customer service reps confirmed that I only had 2 payments left, I was then charged after making my "final" payment. I called to request a refund and I was told that I have payments clear throughout the remainder of the year. $1500 dollar payback on a $500 loan! Smh. SCAMMERS. Use their services at your own risk.

Although I was denied a loan due to account complexities, I have never experienced the professional dedication that Stephanie A. Displayed in pursuing all possible pathways in trying to get the loan approved. I really appreciated the work and effort she put into my situation. I've used this company for a year now when I definitely in a financial pinch. They are easy to work with and very courteous. They follow up with you if you want to add more towards your payment without you having to call them. I just spoke with a rep Renee and she was very knowledgeable and patience with me.
As with most payday loans, they can often be a huge money pit. Where you just continue to swim in debt no matter how much you pay each month. And with this company, the customer service makes things even worse. I tried to explain that I was behind on a payment due to hardships. The options I was given was either to combine the behind payment and the current payment, combine half of the behind payment and the current payment or they did offer to break it in 3 parts. When I said none of those work, they basically said, well, too bad, so sad. There is never a payment plan option. And you cannot close the account and just make payments on the balance. The only way the account can close is if you pay it all or default on the account. Also, the overall amount borrowed just continues to grow. It's suffocating. Run away.

There lying crooks, paid 400.00 2 weeks early before my due date. Today would of been my first payment. I borrowed 1000. 00, I asked what my payoff would be and was told 900.00. Today I went to pay the 900.00 to pay off the loan and they raised my payoff 500.00 in two weeks to 1400. 00. My first payment wasnt even due until today. There scam artist, I hope everyone sees this and is aware.

I've received a small Loan of $550 in November. Ive been paying high fees since then only to still owe $471 dollars. Granted I did take out a loan and had every desire on repaying them but they have been paid I'm full and received interest being paid every 2 weeks. I noticed that my balance was going up instead of down which make it impossible to be paid off and these terms were never fully explained. All I received was an ending balance. My mom has an account with them as well so I asked her to look at her statement she's being paying since August 2016. I'm going to have some lawyer friends look into this matter. Thank you she went over account wih me how much i was getting when and how to make a payment how money key work how to use the online website if i can rate her customer service skills i would give her a 10 she did a excellent job amd made sure i signed and went over my documents with me and if i had any questions to ask or did understand she made sure i understood before we hung up she also let me know when my funds will be deposit

Customer services was exceptional! Andrea G was great! She was very quick and informative. My hold time was minimal. All my questions were answered and I was able to sign my loan documents while on the phone with Andrea so if I had any issues she could assist me.
Andrea was extremely helpful and patient. I really appreciate all her help. My computer was giving me trouble and she just told me it was not a problem and waited for me to finish. The world needs more people like her.
