I should've read the reviews before I ordered! Last May I ordered three blouses one arrived as stated the second one dribbled in two months later and I never received the third. The first blouse was too small I requested return authorization and was told to please wait until all blouses had arrived. After four months of waiting I wrote again and they said the blouse that had not arrived was no longer in stock. I asked to return the other two and was denied even after I sent Iris, who had sent me the first email about holding until they all arrived, copies of her email. Have not heard from them since.

There is a reason why people cannot leave reviews on the website. The website shows amazing articles of clothing for dirt cheap prices but you dont get what you ordered, just a cheap replication of what you thought you ordered. I ordered the velvet coat pictured in crimson and received a very cheap velour robe, (since when does velvet stretch, lol) also you can easily spot the difference in the gloves I thought I was getting when you compare to what I received. Look at the craftmanship. Lol good thing I didn't spend more than 86.00

The photos on the site are right out of the soft surroundings catalogue. I've ordered from them before and was excited about getting same product for half the price. Absolutely NOT the same product. Poor quality, different fabric, MUCH smaller fit. Spent $135 so requested to return the items. After weeks of emails from Moneisha offering up to 25% off order to not return them, finally they agreed to accept return, shipping on me, which was $35.4 months after returning items to an address in China received package back unopened marked "return to sender". Have sent two emails (there's no phone number) to customer service in last two weeks with no reply so far. Now I'm out $170 and have cheap clothes that don't fit. I would give zero stars. Do not fall for this deceptive marketing and unresponsive customer service.

This is a Chinese company. Beware! When you get your products you will hardly recognize them as the items you ordered from their photos. The stitching pulls out immediately. I wouldn't even give their products to Goodwill or any other charity. To return items, they must receive the product within 2 weeks, then they tell you that the mail its so bad in China that they won't receive it for 2 months. They offer you 15% instead. What a scam! I would date their company a zero if I could.

I ordered two sweaters from them. Not only did it take almost 3 months to get here but I only received one. I have sent numerous emails to them stating I had only received one product and I needed to return that product anyway because what I ordered online did not look like the item I had received. They never got back with me and they never sent my second sweater. I had to get Paypal involved to try to get my refund. So stay away

Moneisha tops looked very nice online. Read the return policy and thought I could comply. Ordered a half dozen tops in my regular size. Tops dribbled in over period of 1+ months. Not one of the tops fit. Sizing was terrible and tops were of very poor quality. I planned to return all tops in one pkg. To China when they all arrived instead of returning individual tops to China as they arrived. They were not satisfied, said I'd not complied and my account was closed. Plan to report them to the credit card company. Have never received products or service that have been this bad. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can from this company.

Oh my goodness what a disappointment bought kimono, the description says it is EMBROIDERED. It is NOT! Nor is it velvet.
It is just a printed pattern on very very thin fabric which is SUCH POOR quality. The photos are DELIBERATELY DECEIVING AND not the item they sell and ship!
