Never use Momondo for your booking! They can forward your search to any third-party booking sites like BudgetAir.CA and get poor end-user support and higher price. On my recent booking, the cost went up over 300 CAD from the invoice amount due to Budget Air used USD for the conversion. There was no indication of the exchange rate or using the non-Canadian site for booking during the payment; you won't come to know until you see the bank statement! I heard similar stories from several frustrated friends! I contacted BudgetAir.CA, but their customer care executives were rude and offered no support and challenged me to cancel the booking with a fee of $70 per person. Think twice before you book next time with frauds like Momondo!
I've been using momondo for over a year now for all of my flights. The technology is just pleasant to use and they have a bunch of powerful filters. My only complaint is that they carry some scammy booking sites like myholiday so make sure to uncheck them in the filter on the right when using the website - there should be some moderation here but I understand why they want to stay impartial.
The fact that Momondo still allows blatant scams to appear in their search results and often at the VERY TOP OF THE LIST is appalling. Just look up eDreams here on sitejabber and then think twice about using aggregators who won't do any of their own screening.
This company is a Scam, this is the second time that I purchase a Ticket and they call me the next day to tell me that unfortunately the ticket that I purchase is no longer available and then they offer you a completely different flight time, more stops and longer wait hours, obviously this is the scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THEM.

Deceptive and abusive with their cancellation and modification policies! The airline claims to offer 24 hours to make changes or cancellations without cost, but this is a complete lie. I bought my ticket at 11:50 p.m., and although I tried to modify it within the stated time frame, I was hit with excessive fees and pointless excuses. Customer service is inefficient and offers no real solutions. They clearly look for any excuse to charge additional fees.
According to the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), airlines must allow passengers to cancel a reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking. This airline does not adhere to this rule, showing a lack of ethics and commitment to its customers. A frustrating experience and definitely not recommended.
