I placed a single item product order on November 1. Three weeks later, no word of whether it had been fulfilled. I called, and was told it was going to ship the next day. No word for a week. I called again, and was told it was going to be investigated. Still no word. Called a week later, was told that it was going to be shipped the next day. Still nothing. There are never any supervisors available to speak with, none of the customer service reps seem to care, and clearly they are incapable of processing simple orders. I will never order one of their products again.
The worst shopping experience I've ever had online.
- No communication
- No customer service telephone number
- Order never arrived
- Order Queries responded to in about 7 days
- Missing items off re-order
I cannot find any reason to shop with Moleskine again.
