They great and practical products for someone like me who tends to forget things or draw a sketch when an idea comes to my mind. Honestly, one of the reasons why I started using it was because someone told me Ernest Hemingway used them... now I understand why haha! And don't forget about the pocket inside the notebook... the best detail!

Awful service. Purchased an item 8 days ago online, the parcel company claim they have not received the goods yet. Moleskine's customer service have no phone number, no webchat, no complaints section... just an online form with an SLA of 48 hours to first response! Pretty poor quality for what I considered a premium product... never again! :(

Pretty poor quality for what I considered a premium product... never again! :(

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use it!
there are gazillions of good quality alternatives to Moleskine's notebooks
alternatively buy from Amazon / any other provider who offers payment guarantee and better customer service.

Used to like the page-a-day pocket diary, buying one each year for 18 years now. That is until this year when they cheapened it up, by putting an oversize thin plastic feeling cover on it. It looks and feels like a cheap chinese knockoff of it's former self. Will have to shop around for another quality product - since this one has gone downhill. Thank you, from Dixon, ILL

I like their products, but I order 6 notebooks for (cad$89 +tax) I paid $20 +tax of shipping and $29 of import fees (import fees from Moleskine's Canadian website and paid in Canadian dollars... in my opinion, not worth it all those delivery fees for a notebook

I have never experienced such rude customer service. I have been trying to get my smart Pen serviced since April. I've easily gone through the same cycle a half a dozen times - first they ask for photos and a video demonstrating my pen doesn't work. Then they say they will get customer service to work the issue. Weeks later, no response. I give them my reference # and they say it's not in the system and on the cycle repeats. I was initially working with Sharon the ask me to re-provide my information. I submitted the information again and wanted a confirmation she could see it on her screen she hung up but I though little of it.

I spoke to Mia who said that she didn't see the e-mail and started raising her voice because she didn't want to confirm she saw my e-mail in the system. When I requested the issue be escalated to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor, said that she can't help and that there was nothing she could do and hung up (like this time is was very obvious).

I called back yet again and spoke to Camilla. I told her that I was had already been speaking to a customer service agent. She said it didn't matter since they all used the same system. I told her that I was working with the supervisor and wanted to be transferred to the supervisor. She claimed that there is not supervisor on site. I ask if there is a supervisor at the call center she said that Nikki was the supervisor but she is not in. I advised here that I has been working with Mia who claimed she was the supervisor. She said that Nikki is the supervisor and that she is not in. When I ask is Mia available she hung up. Quite easily the more terrible customer service I have ever encountered. Horrible!

Being a bookworm I spend half my life reading. I purchased a Book Journal from Moleskine, and now I have all my favorite quotes with me everywhere I go.
Digital notebooks will never replace paper ones, imho

The worst shopping experience I've ever had online.

- No communication
- No customer service telephone number
- Order never arrived
- Order Queries responded to in about 7 days
- Missing items off re-order

I cannot find any reason to shop with Moleskine again.

I placed a single item product order on November 1. Three weeks later, no word of whether it had been fulfilled. I called, and was told it was going to ship the next day. No word for a week. I called again, and was told it was going to be investigated. Still no word. Called a week later, was told that it was going to be shipped the next day. Still nothing. There are never any supervisors available to speak with, none of the customer service reps seem to care, and clearly they are incapable of processing simple orders. I will never order one of their products again.
