I have never experienced such rude customer service. I have been trying to get my smart Pen serviced since April. I've easily gone through the same cycle a half a dozen times - first they ask for photos and a video demonstrating my pen doesn't work. Then they say they will get customer service to work the issue. Weeks later, no response. I give them my reference # and they say it's not in the system and on the cycle repeats. I was initially working with Sharon the ask me to re-provide my information. I submitted the information again and wanted a confirmation she could see it on her screen she hung up but I though little of it.

I spoke to Mia who said that she didn't see the e-mail and started raising her voice because she didn't want to confirm she saw my e-mail in the system. When I requested the issue be escalated to a supervisor she said she was the supervisor, said that she can't help and that there was nothing she could do and hung up (like this time is was very obvious).

I called back yet again and spoke to Camilla. I told her that I was had already been speaking to a customer service agent. She said it didn't matter since they all used the same system. I told her that I was working with the supervisor and wanted to be transferred to the supervisor. She claimed that there is not supervisor on site. I ask if there is a supervisor at the call center she said that Nikki was the supervisor but she is not in. I advised here that I has been working with Mia who claimed she was the supervisor. She said that Nikki is the supervisor and that she is not in. When I ask is Mia available she hung up. Quite easily the more terrible customer service I have ever encountered. Horrible!
