Moissanite Co

My experience with the Moissanite Co was just excellent. Last time, I ordered Halo Engagement Ring for my sister's wedding. And, as usual, the ring reached my home safely and timely. 5 stars!

A week after I gave my wife her wedding ring, one of the small stones fell out. Luckily we were sent a prepaid label and then we sent it in and it was sent back to us three weeks later. Long story short, more and more stones kept falling out and we were the ones who had to now pay to have it shipped, insured, and fixed. The costumer service is TERRIBLE! Chris is very rude and is not very helpful. Elizabeth was nicer to work with, but the results were the same. This company does not stand behind its product. The limited one year warrantee is worthless if the stones continue to fall out.
Secondly, we have asked the company to call us so that we could describe what the issues were. To date, we have not received one phone call. What type of a company doesn't list some sort of a contact number. Shame on me for even trusting them at all.

My wife is retired and is FAR from hard on her ring. She is very cautious with it and always takes it off in demanding situations. If these rings are of such high quality, why would stones keep falling out no matter how you where them? My advice: Go to a reputable jeweler and stay away from this deceitful company.

My beautiful ring arrived just on time after I ordered it from the Moissanite Co. A beautiful ring case was delivered with it. I can't stop my eyes to keep looking at it. Highly recommended!

When I ordered my ring I honestly wanted to see what a 2ct would look like on my hand, and also to see what a moisonite stone looks like up close. I was then planning to return the ring. When I recieved my package today and opened it, I was truly stuned at the brilliance of the ring It honestly looked better then my 1 1/2ct real diamond ring. I then decided that there is no way that Ia m going to return this ring, but I am going to wear it and enjoy It. I will defintly be a returning customer.

Thanks for delivering the ring on time. Really, the extensive look and luster are love to me. The ring size is perfect and it is totally worth the cost. Highly recommended without a doubt!

I recently celebrated my 30th anniversary with my husband and I was given the chance to pick out a new piece of jewelry. I was initially drawn to diamonds, but the prices were just too high for my liking. Instead, I decided to take a look at moissanite, as I already owned a pair of moissanite stud earrings that I adored. Although I was impressed by the selection on the moissanite website, I still felt like there could have been a larger variety of styles to choose from. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that there were limited options for larger ring sizes and the sizes that were available were not returnable for a refund. Despite these challenges, I ultimately decided on a 2.35 tcw ring and I am thrilled with my choice. The ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined and the price was much more reasonable compared to what I would have paid for a similar-sized diamond. Additionally, knowing about the issues surrounding blood diamonds made me feel even better about my decision to go with moissanite.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for the absolutely perfect rings my husband gave me this evening! I've been searching for over a year for the perfect wedding set, even though I'm already married. We got married with matching bands and because I didn't desire any diamonds due to cost and more, I came across moissanite in my research. My husband wanted me to have exactly what I desire, no matter what it was and I FINALLY have the BEST! I chose Model No: eng009 and it is so ME! I chose it with a 2ct. Round moissanite in a fishtail head, to which makes it look more vintage and also makes the round shape look a little larger and more cushion shaped, yet keeping the brilliant sparkle. I also ordered it with the Forever One upgrade and it just couldn't be more perfect! It's so stunning and it's my forever set for sure! Much thanks to Chris who helped me through the process and made it nothing less than a pure pleasure shopping online with a fantastic company!
