I recently got my fiance now wife a gorgeous three stone Moissanite ring. Before purchasing it, we asked tons of questions and had immediate responses from Chris who was always honest and patient. When we recieved the ring we were blown away! The stones are white and clear even on cloudy days. They have unbelievable sparkle, fire and brilliance. In the past few weeks My wife has recieved so many coments on her ring and no one says anything but oh my god. The sparkle! My wife has a similar three stone very high quality diamond ring and after comparing the two. She really likes the exceptional fire and warmth of the enhanced mossianite better than the very expensive diamond ring! You should see how people stare and ohh and ahh at the bling on her finger. I am a very very proud man to give my beautiful wife such a beautiful piece of jewelry. It is honestly the most beautiful high quality ring we could have imagined and completely in our budget. The matching eternity band is also gorgeous.( in fact we bought two and chris rush ordered the second one right before our wedding.) My husband surprised me with thr216 as a replacement for my ering that was lost. This is the prettiest 3-stone ring I have seen in a while. The metalwork on it is so fluid and sleek, it's like butter on the hand! This ring oozes elegance and class. It goes wonderfully with my eternity band eband001b. Absolute perfection!

My first purchase was back in 2012 and since then I've purchased 3 additional pieces. What does that tell everyone? That in the span of 3 months I've purchased a total of 4 pieces. Again, what does that tell everyone? It's THAT good. That is what I am telling everyone! Customer Services is over and beyond their call of duty and is so very attentive. Honestly, don't hestitate to buy from MoissaniteCo. Start with something small and reasonable in your budget and I promise that you won't regret it and would come back for something more significant. Just so you know... here's what I purchased in the last 3 months. A setting earrings, bracelet, gemstone ring and a eternity band. I sparkle like crazy and the compliments just kept on coming... These aren't the last of my purchases either -- I will be back for more! I AM A VERY HAPPY CAMPER!

My husband and I have been back and forth with this company. We had custom engagement and wedding rings made for me. Three times now the small end gem has fallen out within 4 to 6 months of wearing the ring. I take care of it and do not wear it when doing anything physical. We have sent it back to them twice now and been back and forth asking that this mistake not happen again. Never have our questions been answered why this keeps happening or told how this problem can be fixed. We have had to pay for shipping at least once to have it repaired. We have not ever been assured this would not continuously happen, especially past the warranty. I have no assurance that if we get the ring replaced with one of their other rings that this won't also happen. It is so disappointing because it is such a beautiful ring. Frankly, this is NOT how I wanted to celebrate my marriage, sending my wedding band back and forth with a lack customer service or reassurance or even a sliver of trying to solve the issue on this company's end.

My fiance purchased for me the Round Moissanite Antique Floral Style Solitaire Ring [sol267]. We were looking for a solitaire ring that was something a little different from the traditional styles out there. I love the floral design on the band. It gives the ring a very feminine touch to the ring and gives it that something extra lacking in other solitaires. The moissanite diamond is absolutely stunning! He purchased the solitaire with a 1 carat gem and it sparkles more brilliantly than a mined diamond and sets off the band in exceptional brilliance. Moissanite Co. Also offered a layway option that allowed my fiance to put down any percentage each month he chose before he paid it off in the third month. Their customer service is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more jewelry from them again in the future.

We ordered a loose 2.5 carat round stone and set it in a tiffany mounting and put it together with two diamond eternity bands. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out, even the owner of our local jewelry store didn't know is wasn't a diamond. When I told my jeweler it was a moissanite he said it was the best one he'd ever seen. My stone always tests positive as a diamond and I've never been questioned about it's authenticity. It's an amazingly beautiful stone and we will absolutely purchase more. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and always availble to answer my questions. If you're still undecided, take a chance on moissanite, you will not be disapointed.

I received my setting yesterday in the mail. I already knew how gorgeous moissanite was - as I have owned an 8 MM (2 carat) round center stone for the past 2 years, and worn in it a plain solitaire setting. But now I ordered a. 60 carat moissanite two tone gold setting to really give the stone the justice it deserves. Today I went to have it set by a ring setter at the local jewelery exchange and reveled in his comments as to how exquisite both the setting and the center stone were. I can wear and enjoy a long-lasting gemstone and be PROUD that it is a moissanite and NOT a diamond, knowing that it is conflict free - both in terms of humanity and in terms of my wallet. First online web site order for 2017 placed on 03/24/2017 with a promised commitment time of 3-3.5 weeks which was a JOKE as of today 04/18/2017 the item was still in production from 03/******* and no status up date could be provided?! Merchant was PAID IN FULL on 03/24/2017 however we DISPUTED the transaction to assure our account integrity and we are anticipating a FULL REFUND?! Staff are rude and obnoxious if you make a contact attempt by e-mail so do not HOLD your breath waiting for a reply?! They have no phone service to speak of?! I have read NEGATIVE reviews on the web for this merchant as well?! Save your time, money and aggravation and shop else where as the Testimonials do not jive with the negative information on the web for this merchant?!

Finally received my diamond ring. The product looked good and beautiful with the perfect finishing of edges. It comes exactly with elegant craftsmanship. Amazing.

My husband and I ordered sol365 with a 8mm stone. I received my ring in 14 days. I didn't know much about moissanite, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The ring looked EXACTLY like the picture. The quality is wonderful, the size was exact and the stone is just beautiful. I went to a jewelery store to see if I could find a ring enhancer to go with the ring and they thought it was a diamond. It even tested as a diamond. To be honest, I am not trying to pass this off as a diamond. I think people should be aware that you can get a stone more beautiful than most diamonds, for half the price! I will definitely be a return customer!

Nice ring, however VERY POOR customer service. We purchased a ring and within 6 months my wife was missing 2 stones. We asked if the ring was resized to see if that was the reason the stones fell out. They assured me it wasn't... We sent the ring back (on our own dime), got the ring back a few weeks later and not even a week goes by and TWO MORE STONES GO MISSING! I contacted customer support and told them we are not interested in sending the ring back every week. That ignored my request. A week later I went online and asked why I didn't get a response and they said they weren't ignoring me and it was in the que. Two weeks go by so I send another email asking for a reply, they sent a short reply saying that I need to keep sending the ring back. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
