Moissanite is one of the amazing sites for an engagement ring. I got my most extensive and beautiful engagement ring. It is designed with an encircled halo around the cushion cut Moissanite center stone and cast in 14k white gold. Loved the quality and overall appeal of the ring.

After much searching, I found the best wedding band on Moissanite. Collections are just mind-blowing. I had a stackable wedding band set in 14k gold with dazzling diamonds. It looks adorable on my hand. Loved it!

I originally sized my partner's hand with a ring she wore all the time, but as it turns out, it was an oversized ring! We went to a jeweler after proposing and sent it to Moissanite to be resized. The team was kind, still gave me a discount despite being a few days out of warranty (that was a risk when ordering. I needed the ring for a very specific proposal date when we were out of town), and very quick to return the ring so my partner wouldn't miss it for too long. It fits great, but unfortunately, the pave band does look slightly uneven with the gem. If you tilt it a little, it almost looks like it's not, that's how minor we're talking, but both her and I noticed it independently, so it's definitely there. That said, most the band is hidden by her finger when wearing it and it's so slight as to not really be a problem. Most importantly: she still loves it.

I wanted the eband085a but the 4.5mm would be too big so I had it custom to 3.50mm and while it took a bit longer to receive it but when I finally did get it... WOW! The details of this band is really beyond amazing and it goes so well with my solitaire. I am so very happy with this eternity band and the online customer services were so fantastic. I know I may have been annoying at times especially since I talk to them every other day and yet, they were so patience, helpful and so darn polite! Way to go! I shall be back for more pieces!

I was shocked when I emailed this jewelry store and was told that the ring I had purchased from them were "too petite" for me,as a woman weighing only 105 pounds, was to blame for the stones falling out of my rings.

It was a truly disappointing experience to be blamed for something that was clearly a manufacturing issue. As a consumer, I expect the products I purchase to be of high quality and to last. In this case, it seems that the company was trying to shift the blame onto me rather than taking responsibility for their faulty products.

This incident raises important questions about the way companies treat their customers. It is unacceptable for a company to blame a customer for a product defect, especially when it is clear that the issue is a result of poor craftsmanship. Instead of making excuses, the company should be taking steps to rectify the situation and ensure that their products are up to standard.

In addition to the disappointment of being blamed for the stones falling out of my rings, I also felt belittled by the implication that my size was somehow unsuitable for their jewelry. It is not the place of a company to pass judgment on a customer's body size, especially in a negative way. This kind of attitude is not only unprofessional, but it also perpetuates harmful stereotypes and contributes to body shaming.

Ultimately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected by the company. I hope that they will reconsider their approach to customer service and take responsibility for the quality of their products. As a consumer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive a high standard of service, and I will be reconsidering my future purchases from this company. It is important for companies to understand that blaming the customer is not an acceptable way to handle product issues and that they should take steps to improve their customer service and product quality.

My ring has arrived and its the most beautiful ring I've laid eyes on. The stock picture doesn't do the ring justice (item eband001f), its phenomenal and the attention to detail is fantastic. All the prongs are so meticulously lined up and perfect. I love how low it sits to the finger and its unbelievably comfortable. In short my husband and I love it! Cannot recommend this company strongly enough! Not only was the ring incredibly beautiful, the selection amazing, and the pricing reasonable, but the customer service I received from day one was hands down the best I have ever had! Every minor detail or trivial question I had was immediately professionally handled and I was helped through the entire process. Even after I got the ring and decided to change the center stone, they let me send it back and replaced the center stone with zero issues! If there was a score above five I could give, I would in a heartbeat. My new fiancé LOOOOOVES her ring and MoissaniteCo is 100% to thank for that. I will absolutely buy here again!

I purchased a ring from this company 2 years ago. I enjoyed it those two years and got many compliments on the sparkle and look. Then my stones started falling out. In 6 months I had work done to the ring twice. I used moissanite company repair service and paid for the repair and stones. After working with Chris in customer service they offered to fix the ring for
Me a third time. They got back to me very quickly and did a lot to turn the situation around. Appreciate them working with me. I'd recommend this company. Also, I don't wear this ring next to any other rings. It's by itself. The first time with the repair the stone did crack which was surprising since Moissante is a 9 on the hardness scale but the 2nd repair they were not cracked and feel out and same with the 3rd time.
