The communication and flexibility from the staff has been nothing but exceptional. They create a bond of trust and comfort right away, which cannot be more valuable when embarking on purchasing something this important.

After spending many, many hours on this website I think the search could do with some tweaking, e.g. more detailed search filters, improved item descriptions, and integrated preview video without popping up a new window. I wished there were more links built between the F1 and FB items for simple price comparison.

I also found it a little annoying when sale items that are no longer valid would swamp my search results.

Very convenient shopping. Customer service replied within minutes to my request about shipping time. After around 7 days the ring was ready to be shipped. International (Canada) shipping arrived after ONE day. Excellent stone, better than the best diamonds I've seen in stores. Would buy again.

Great website easy to navigate. I had some online questions and for most part they have been answered with online chat, wish they did provide a customer service number versus email only. 5 outta 5 stars though! Great prices and would buy from hem again ---fast shipping! Nice packaging too.

Great selection of reasonably priced lovely settings. Love the ability to choose features of rings, like prongs, metal, center stones, etc. The website is very informative and user friendly! Can't wait to see my 40 year anniversary present ring!

Information is inconsistent on product pages. Many item listing missing details such as ring dimensions, some missing options for matching bands. Customer service was prompt in answering, but this information should have been available in the first place.

They have the best prices of any website, even the rings with Forever one stones. Website could be a little bit better to use. Specifically that the picture doesn't change when you pick different options and in some cases you can't even see exactly what you're purchasing. But overall great experience and I can't wait to receive my ring!

Website is easy to use, and customer service helped settle my worries about delivery time. My engagement ring and matching wedding band arrived incredibly quickly, and people constantly assume my husband and I paid thousands of dollars for it, when in fact the complete set was less than $1000 USD.
My only point to change would be an easier way to display prices in Canadian dollars to make shopping even more simple.

Difficult to navigate to loose stones but easy checkout once you get there. You should note that carats are different than diamond because of density. I could have fit a larger stone in the setting I had.

The site is easy to navigate and I love the 360 degree view on the items. Makes shopping online much less stressful when spending several hundred dollars on an item you can't physically hold in your hand.

My new jewellery is absolutely breathtaking and luxurious. I feel like royalty wearing this stunner! The website is easy to navigate, lots of beautiful selections. Emails to customer service are answered promptly with helpful and friendly associates.

Overall is good, but haven't meet my personal quality expectation. Observed few dots of indentation/dust unable to remove from the moissanite surface but not affect the shine and sparking performance.

Already bought here 4 times. It's a pity moissanite jewelry cannot be found in traditional jewellery shops due to diamonds' monopoly. Moissanite are at least as beautiful as natural diamonds, way less expensive, and do not exploit miners. This website has insofar proven very reliable, and jewelry very well crafted. Stone prices could be lower though.
