Your web site is easy to navigate, and your product descriptions are clear and concise. The ring arrived with one of the stones loose, it having taken out a day or two after my wife started wearing it. Moissanite co. Paid return shipping, repair, and it's return to me. All told good customer service experience.
So far, I'm very happy with my experience using Moissanite Co. They have a huge range to pick from, easy to navigate site and great prices. My girlfriend's exchange with Chris via email was prompt and thorough answering all our many questions. Highly recommend. We can't wait to receive our order.

I originally had a little trouble accessing it, but e-mailed you and quickly got that figured out. Later questions were quickly answered (within 24 hours, even on weekends). After purchase, ring arrived a few days earlier than the initial estimate. Since it was for an anniversary gift, it facilitated preparations for a memorable presentation. This ring (and her wedding band) are about the only jewelry she wears.

Appearance and quality of the ring we purchased is fantastic, unfortunately after owning the ring for two months- the pin that holds the center stone broke off. However, we contacted customer service immediately and they were very quick to respond which put me at ease.
They explained everything and what happened with my ring is a very rare event that they offered to fix. I would have no concerns purchasing from them again and in fact we're looking into buying the same style wedding band and even my fiance's ring since he was so impressed with the quality.
The Moissanite staff has been very professional and provided exceptional customer service during each correspondence I have had. I initially thought not having a contact number would have been an issue, however, they attend to their emails quickly and answer every question that I have. The company has been very accommodating to my requests and have went out of their way to ensure important dates have been met with quick shipments. The items I have purchased are beautiful and cherished by my wife. The 2.2 ct cushion cut purchased 2 years ago still sparkles to this day. My wife loves her jewelry and, being an avid diamond wearer in the past, has no regrets on her switch to Moissanite.
We ordered both mine and my fiance rings from moissanite co. And I absolutely love my wedding set and he loves his band also! Craig was such a great help with answering questions that we had and it made the process easy. We will definitely order again. I want some Forever One studs next.
Good shopping experience, questions answered relatively quickly. Final result was stunning, she loved it and we both like that it's more ethical than a diamond and the use of recycled metals. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but I'm international so I suspect that is part of the reason.
Overall so far a good experience. A large selection of very nice engagement rings at affordable prices. Some of the information was unclear or limited, but the multiple contact options provided a simple way to ask questions and get the information needed. The online chat is only available until 4pm PST, but there is an option to email your questions. I just put in an order for an engagement ring so I cannot comment on the quality or completeness of my order.
Update: I received the ring within the stated delivery time. It looks exactly like the picture online. I am very happy with it and hope my soon-to-be fiance will be also!
I purchased a pair of Moissanite Earrings for my GF. She is extremely pleased with them and wears them often. They work well for formal settings. Customer service really helped me out in purchasing them.

Christmas came early this year owing a huge debt of gratitude and thanks to Chris and the jewelers/designers. Chris was able to exactly replicate my stolen engagement and wedding rings by researching settings and sending me pictures. Now that's 5 star service! Wow! I am so thrilled with my gorgeous 3.2 ct Moissanite ring and wedding ring; both with baguettes. You'll not be disappointed!
