Product received was nicely packaged and top quality. The website is thorough, extensive, and easy-to-navigate. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service via instant chat was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory, as the representatives had very little product knowledge and were clearly unable to make any decisions or connect me with someone who could. I resorted to email correspondence and eventually received the answers I needed, but that process took nearly a week. That said, the ability to converse real-time via phone would be a huge improvement. Overall, very pleased, now that the process is complete.
Great amount of information and pictures, live chat was fast and friendly, ease of navigation! I asked for a speedy 10 days international delivery (Asia) and was very happy that it arrived only 7 days after I placed my order. They've exceeded my expectations. The ring was beautiful and is exactly as shown on the website. Of course, there's no way of knowing whether the quality is as good as claimed (only a few weeks now), but I must say so far the overall service and product has been nothing short of excellent! 5/5.

While I love my eternity ring from MoissaniteCO which my husband gifted me on our wedding day, I am not satisfied.
I have had my wedding band for 14 months and this is the 3rd stone that came out. Just two months ago was the 2nd time and here we are again. The 1st time happened right after my wedding! I work at a desk and don't do any extreme work where I'm bumping the ring or hitting it against something. This is very frustration to not be able to enjoy my wedding ring.
And now the ring is no longer under warranty and to get it repaired through them is a nightmare. They are throwing hidden fees that wasn't communicated and you can't speak with anyone on the phone. You can only email or live chat but the live chat is down and now I have to wait for a response.
I just want to enjoy my wedding ring!
Needless to say because of this incident they have lost my husband and I as customers. I own other moissanite jewelry which my husband purchased form Charles & Colvard and have not had ONE issue with them. I guess we should have gotten my wedding band from them as well. Lesson learned.

Moreover, their policy of responsible metal and gem usage made purchasing from Moissanite Co. An easy decision. We had the engagement ring custom designed, and both wedding rings made here; we will certainly be back in the future.
I truly love my beautiful ring! I wanted something simple and delicate. I'd seen similar rings from different companies who use mostly diamonds, but they're just not my thing for ethical, environmental and cost reasons. Moissanite Co was very easy to communicate with and they were able to create the ring I wanted for about 1/4 the price of the diamond rings I'd seen! I can wear my ring knowing it was created with integrity and is conflict/exploitation free. I get so many compliments on the "sparkle", fire/brilliance. From our first email inquiring about a custom design to the time the ring arrived in the mail was about 5 weeks.
Ordered several pieces of earrings,necklaces and everytime very satisfied. Great customer service and reasonable price. Love this online shopping only one I can say guaranteed satisfaction and trustworthy.
It's been very good, i've gotten a lot of help from the customer service that have answered all my questions. I like that there are videos of the jewelry on instagram, it shows well how beautiful they are. I think you might even increase your sales if you added those videos or photos to this page! The drawings or pictures on here doesn't 100% do the jewelry justice! Overall very happy!

Only negative thing that I have experienced is my stone having developed a weird smudge ( looking like gasoline in water type thing.) otherwise I look forward to purchasing my wedding band from you guys.
I have been buying from this company for the past 4+ years. With each purchase, the jewelry is of good quality with good stones. Customer service is also great with quick email responses and fast delivery, including international. They are very accommodating with special requests or custom orders. I find myself coming back to this company for most special occasions, as in birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Love my custom design ring still after 2 years. I get tons of compliments and NO ONE knows it's not a diamond! I've had a prong on the main stone come loose and a side stone that chipped. Both were repaired very quickly and very reasonable in price!
Any time I have has a question, y'all have been quick and ready to answer. I'm very excited to get the product in hand.

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiance a 6 months ago and popped the question just over 2 months ago. She absolutely loves it and the durability is that of a diamond. We regularly clean it with hand soap and warm water to keep it super shiny and lustrous.
I do highly recommend getting the forever one over the other quality options however, because I did have to return the first ring (forever brilliant) because the stone had a yellowish tint to it. Customer service was perfect and spot on. They did a great job.
Overall these rings are quality made and absolutely stunning. I highly recommend them to anyone. Truly a diamond replacement and in my opinion better.

Unfortunately eternity rings can be more susceptible to damage than other rings. While we can and do ensure all of the stones are tight in their settings, if the stone gets damaged, it likely will fall out of the ring. Unfortunately this is what has happened in your case.
