The ordering was easy and it arrived promptly in a lovely box inside a gift bag. I had a question regarding Palladium since I knew I wanted a white gold look without the maintenance. My purchase experience with very good through MoissaniteCo.com and their website is excellent with informative descriptions, photos and now 360 degree videos which helped me make my selection. This will not be my last order with them.
