I did not receive quick or correct answers to my question about an exchange. I decided to keep the ring I ordered and am very happy with the quality and style I received. Just would have appreciated better communication
I contacted MoissaniteCo in hopes that I could purchase a separate band from the wedding set I bought from them 5 years ago. I wanted to have one of the same band to go on top of my wedding set to create a wrapped look. They quickly responded to me informing that they usually do not sell this band on it's own but because I had purchased my wedding set for them they could do a special order for me. In all it only took about two weeks and I was very happy with not only the product but the price. Everyone was very helpful and professional and I greatly appreciated them going out of their way to accommodate my needs as a customer.

Chris was really helpful. I bought a princess cut yellow mossy from moissaniteco on May. My toddler daughter got my ring and dropped it on the floor and chipped the corner of the diamond :( Of course, it's not under warranty because we dropped the ring causing the damage, but I sent Chris an email asking if he can do anything for me. As the color mossy is discontinued, Chris offered me a same size cushion shape Forever Brilliant as the same price of my discounted yellow diamond. I'm greatly appreciated.

I asked for a speedy 10 days international delivery (Asia) and was very happy that it arrived only 7 days after I placed my order. They've exceeded my expectations. The ring was beautiful and is exactly as shown on the website. Of course, there's no way of knowing whether the quality is as good as claimed (only a few weeks now), but I must say so far the overall service and product has been nothing short of excellent! 5/5.
The ring is even more vibrant in person; the picture does not do it justice. I needed to send the ring back to have it resized, and the customer service was great! They helped me within 2 minutes to get the information I needed. I will definitely be using MossaniteCo again!
