I received my 4ct H&A colorless engagement ring and words can't describe how beautiful it is. The stone looks just like a real diamond but better. The stone is colorless, no yellow hues at all, but not so white that it looks fake. My setting was custom made and the ordering process was easy and Chris answered all my concerns and questions. I could see why they wouldn't have a phone number to call, because the phone calls would be endless. It took me months of research and nerve to call and place this order bc there wasn't a LIVE person to talk to and because my ring was a custom order I couldn't return it God forbid I didn't like it, but thank god that's not the case. Please do not hesitate to order from this website and I'm so glad I found it and will be ordering more jewels in the future. Oh and the ring came so fast 2 weeks from beginning to end and they sent me a picture of the setting for my approval BF setting the stone.

Wonderful company to work with! They answered tons of questions for me before I ever ordered, and then continued to be extremely helpful as my questions continued after I received my order. I was originally very leery about ordering online because my ring size is so small (3.5) that I wouldn't have been able to return it if I didn't like it. And when I first received it the center stone was so large I really was having a bit of buyers remorse, especially knowing I couldn't return it exchange it because of my ring size. However, I adjusted to the size, and moissaniteco answered lots of questions I had about helping to soften the look a little. Overall I couldn't be any happier and I've recommended the company to many friends and family members.

It was a wonderful experience shopping with this company! The staff were so responsive and patient when I emailed them multiple questions, both when I was trying to design my ring as well as when I was starting to get worried when a month had passed and the ring still hadn't shipped. I do wish that I could have received my ring earlier, but I think that's mostly because Amazon Prime's 2-day free shipping has totally spoiled me when it comes to shipping times. My biggest suggestion is to add real-life pictures of the rings to the site or maybe include the videos of the rings that on your Instagram. I think it would make the shopping experience even better bc they show just how beautiful the company's rings truly are! My center moissanite ended up looking a little smaller in person than I thought it was going to be, but it's still VERY beautiful. I'm very proud to wear it not only because I think it's so beautiful, but because I also know that it didn't make as much of a negative impact on the environment. Also, thank you for offering palladium as an option. As a metal that looks like white gold but never needs to be sent back to have its rhodium re-plated every now and then AND is lighter than platinum (my small child hands make it really noticeable when a ring is heavy), your palladium offering was the perfect solution for me.
