Customer service is absolutely amazing--I had so many questions because I had trouble deciding what to get, but Chris from MoissaniteCo was so patient in answering all my questions and even sent me videos so I could get a good look at the stones! Although I am not ordering a ring this time (just loose stones) I am really impressed by the huge selection on the site and may definitely get a ring or other jewelry for future occasions. The other coloured stones (e.g. Alexandrite) also look beautiful and I definitely have my eye on those as well. :) Overall, definitely a 10/10 experience.
Update: received the stones! Shipping was super fast, packaging was nice and the stones themselves were amazing. Couldn't stop staring at them in different lighting, and can't wait for my jeweller to set them in my ring.

The ordering process is a little cumbersome, with the way it deletes your information every time the page reloads like to try a new coupon code or to change the billing address, but it's very much worth the minor trouble. We LOVE the bridal set we got from you guys around Christmas, and knew for a fact we wanted to do business with you again when it came time to buy my wedding band. We just love the stone, love the quality of workmanship, and LOVE how much it cost. We've recommended this site to every one of our friends who have brought up marriage--it was perfect for us, and it was perfect for more than a few of the people we introduced to you. Thank you!
Part two: we've received the men's wedding band we ordered and had just as positive of an experience as the first time. It does take some time for the ring to come in, so order it well in advance, but I don't think the wait is unreasonable. Of course the quality is wonderful, and the design makes it very comfortable to wear while having a refined classic-contemporary style that I love. Two home run purchases in a row from this website! We're very happy customers and will absolutely use this site again next time a jewelry purchase is on the horizon again.
