I couldn't ask for a better place to shop that is excellent on size, options of apparel, you name it. My daughter is 13 and is in LOVE with this site as much as I am. The prices are very reasonable. I've had to return one item one time and the process went so smooth! Sizes are pretty much exact. The only thing I wish is they had a site like this for my husband.
I have had a few item's for myself and bought for gifts for family members. Not been disappointed with my purchases so far.

The 3 shirts I ordered ended up being really big on me, so I emailed Modlily and immediately received a return shipping label. I tracked the package to know when it had been received and then emailed to check on the exchanges. I received an update that it is being processed and a date when I should receive the new sized shirts. So far it has been a good experience...Thank You!
First time shopping on Modlily and was surprised at all of the selections. The prices are fantastic as well. One of the swimsuits I selected was just what I wanted. The second one didn't fit how I wanted so I exchanged it for another one.
Ordered 2 pantsuits, was disappointed in the quality but the return and exchange for 2 swimsuits was smooth. The swimwear is exceptional, in both quality and fit.
Purchase did not meet expectation but the refund for credit worked smoothly.
So far very easy to order and pay. Looking forward to my purchase.

I stalked ModLily for a couple of weeks before purchasing. Why? Because I had trouble making a decision. I finally pulled the trigger and placed my order. I Love my shirts. Good quality. Sizing is consistent. Shirts are good quality, much better than department stores.
Products ship quickly, but it is NOT next day delivery. For me, it takes about a week to arrive. This is not a bad thing. Shipping number is provided so you can watch shipping progress.
I have not received any shirt or dresses that I didn't like
I returned a swimming suit and requested that it be exchanged for a different size. The person assisting me responded promptly and took care of my request. Excellent customer service
Since last year I've purchased a couple of bathing suits with 2 more on the way. I'm now also waiting for a dress to wear on a cruise. I've found the quality of the swim suits to be top notch and running true to size. I've recommended Modlily to my best friend who has now ordered a few blouses. I'd recommend them to anyone.
