You took my money but I never got my order! I contacted customer service and they lied to me
I have bought a few items at Modlily, happy with them all.
I could not complete my order because I had started once online, once in App and then back online. Seemed like I kept losing Modlily. I went back to order again, and it had collected all of my attempts to order so there were multiple orders of the same items. Great that I could clear all that up myself and finish my order.
Package sent to wrong address first then shipped to us here in Florida supposed to have before Christmas at our regular house address here for the winter received here finally package was not in good shape then charged postage was supposed to be free shipping still waiting for second package not real impressed
I reached out to inquire how to return some items that didn't fit well and I was instantly connected to someone. She was very informative and sent me the information I needed.
The service was very slow going when I first ordered. Took a long time to get the items sent out for shipping. But I was pleased with the items. Very nice. I am expecting better results for my next order. Thank you.

Yes, it took about a month for my took to arrive, but the quality spoke for itself. I have had complements on each garment that I have worn. Everything has been true to size.
Easy to order but have not received yet. I can give you a better response to this survey once I receive the navy striped shirt with yellow collar and cuffs. I do think the shipping is a little high which may keep me from ordering from you again.

I've placed numerous orders with Modlily and I'm really happy with their quality. Bathing suits, tops and bangle bracelets. The pricing is competitive and the styles I can't find locally. Shipping takes a week or two and they're really on top of tracking info, that matters to me.
Was a little hesitant to order since I had not tried them before. So ordered just 1 thing to start. Got it quickly, size was true and correct and material was quality. My 2nd and 3rd orders were larger and equally as good.
