I ordered two bathing suites... same size. One fits perfect and the other is WAY too small in the bust area. Too expensice to return and very confusing. Also... plan on several weeks for delivery

I've bought swimsuits and attend a daily class at the pool. I've gót so many compliments on these suits and have passed you name to dozens of swimmers.
Had to return some items that were too small (even though they should have fit based on size chart measurements). After initiating the return process, I asked them to send me the return address when I should have simply clicked a button to print the return label. When I contacted customer service and explained the mistake made, the "Customer Service" agent (I think the name was Rinna - something similar to that) said "I can't fis this for you" (spelling error intended & included). "Just return to the address". I further explained - I don't think you understand, I just want you to provide me with the return label, but it's no longer an option. The response was the same "Return to the address". No suggestions on how to fix the issue, not even an "I'm sorry". What garbage. This was my first and will be my last order with Modlily. In today's marketplace, a retailer should know that there is another, better option down the road if they can't fulfill a real level of customer service. I know this sounds complain-y, but it is the truth and I am only sharing to help you avoid potential issues with a retailer who doesn't seem to deserve it.
It has been nearly a month and my tracking info hasn't changed from preshipment! I cannot input a "ticket" to get any answers. And, the email supplied thru PayPal is not a valid address.
I have bought dresses many times on Modlily, they are very nice as I expected. Very good material, it keeps the same shape and color after laundry. Next time I will buy a swimdress.
Edit #2: I did finally receive my order on 05/09/2022. The swimsuits were of good quality. The only frustration was the shipping. If it was going to take nearly a month to get the items, it should have stated so on the website instead of shipping in "1-3" days. However, as promised, I am updating my review to reflect the fact that I did get my order, and everything was in good condition. I'm not sure now whether I would order from them again because we did love the swimsuits, but it just took so long to get them. We will only order IF we have plenty of time before the items are needed.
Edit #1: I just received tracking information for my order and am updating my review as a result. I do have tracking information now. The estimated date of delivery is 5/13/22. I will update again if the order is satisfactory once we have received it.
I made an order on 04/16/2022. As of today's date (05/03/2022), the order still hasn't shipped. My order clearly states that processing takes 1-3 days. Their FAQ on the website states 4-6 days for processing with potentially longer times of 6-10 days. We have surpassed all of those timelines and I still don't even have tracking information.
I bought two swimsuits and they arrived very quickly and are good quality.
I will definitely order again!
Given delays due to COVID issues I requested a refund and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response with 24 hours. My request was understood and accepted so I will happily order from modilly again.
First off took 3 WEEKS to get here. Shipping was 21 dollars and for fast shipping still didn't get here on time. Tracking the packages are a nightmare too!

What a nightmare! I bought a bathing suit and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time but it was too big so I wanted to return it. Their policy is that you can exchange for free or return and pay the shipping. I didn't want to exchange and wait another 10 days to get it so I paid the $10 to return it, no big deal right? Wrong! They emailed me a USPS label which I used and dropped it at the post office. I had the tracking number and I kept checking to see the progress. When they got the return I got an email that my refund was being processed but only for 2 of the pieces instead of the 3 that I bought and returned. When I asked why only a partial refund they said that I would need to send photo proof of returning all 3. WHAT?! Of course I don't have that because who takes pictures of each item they're returning unless you know you're about to be scammed? So then they asked for a photo of the package weight. This went back and forth until I gave up which is probably what they hope for. I would just say beware when shopping. Their fabric is extremely thin and the sizing is way off so when you get it and it doesn't fit you'll have an issue returning it. Their customer service is disgusting and unprofessional. I won't buy from them again.
Fits fine, length perfect. Minus - see through material, is not as wide as in picture. For beach will be fine. This dress is amazing. Buy it. I can't wait to throw it on all summer! Great material.

I seen this sight popping up on my Facebook so I was gonna give it a try, well I've never ordered anything off the computer before and was very sceptical... Well guess what, they took my money! I ordered a swimming suit and still Haven't received it. I placed my order on the 5th of April. On the 20th I started calling the number never getting an answer just leaving a message asking for a call back from them. I'm soooo upset right now. Never ordering off the internet again! & the kicker to it all they were also going to send a tracking number to my email I got something! A big thank-you for your order here is another 15% off your next order. Don't think I will be doing that!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
