ModLily looks great on slender people and their models. But when I get them home and try on most every thing I buy is snug fitting when it shows it loose fitting... and I ordered it according to the size chart. I am not sure if I will keep the swimsuits I ordered. They look ok but they are a little snug on
I bought what appeared to be a beautiful sparkly blouse from the website. When I recieved it there are no sparkles anywhere it is colored dots on the material! No shine... no sparkle... nothing! It looks like a $5 shirt a child might have made. I will NOT make the mistake of buying from them again!
I ordered three shirts to avoid shipping costs. Two were delivered; but, unfortunately, the third could not be shipped due to a Covid plant closure. I requested that a credit for the full price of the third shirt be issued to my credit card. It was! Thank you, ModLily. I plan to place another order soon.

The fabric they use is the cheapest of the cheap polyester fabric that has no shape or form and looks like it will light on fire just by blowing on it. The swim suit and dress I bought for 100USD each were badly sewn, shapeless and my ugly dog would not even wear such crap. Of course, I was never able to get a refund either...
I just love every item that I have received from ModLily: 3 different styles of earrings, rings for my granddaughter, & 2 Beautiful bathing suits. I have some more items that I hope to be getting soon.
Received my "sequins top" today. Sizing way out (I ordered XXL for a relaxed fit, the top I got is lucky to be 10AU) Looks nothing like the picture. Website says "skew neck" & is pictured off the shoulder. The top I received is nothing but a cheaply made round neck t shirt with sequins that aren't even covering the underlay. Don't waste your money. Wish I could put photos up for comparison. They need to be shut down. I'm more annoyed that it was probably made by an 8 year old in a sweat shop & is not legitimate. I believe they are taking photos off the internet & then trying to "knock off" the designs of the items.

Brought 2 tankinis didnt fit round my boobs very well so sent back. Cost me £20 to send back to USA from UK Just had an email to say they won't refund as it took 42 days to get back and they have a 30 day return policy. I sent these back end of May not my fault it takes so long. Absolute rip off I'm now £90 worse off shall never order from here again!
How can you be so dishonest in your business practices? The quality of your product is horrible and the sizing is completely inaccurate. You publish a sizing chart indicating that a US size 12/14 would be an XL. Rubbish! The XL I ordered for my US size 12/14 fit my US size 5 daughter. Stop taking people's money unless you can deliver the product you advertise. Beyond disgusted!
I wrote to explain to Renee that I had mistakenly ordered 3 identical items in two orders I had submitted. Renee responded quickly and took the duplicate items off my second order the very next day. I do appreciate the excellent customer service she extended to me.
Ordered on Oct 10. Tracking info says it has "left originating country"-China on Oct 12 and again on Oct 16 (not sure how that's possible). It's now Oct 25 and it still does not show as in transit on Canada Post website. Where the H is it?

I bought two tops, one a top and one a sweater to find out what the fit and quality of your clothing. I am pleased to say they both are a very good fit and the quality of the fabrics are excellent. I will be ordering again in the future.
I bought two dresses which arrived six weeks after placing the order. The dresses were cheap, didn't look like the photo, and the arm size on the dresses would have fit a person three sizes smaller --certainly didn't fit me. Never again.
I bought a sweatsuit from this site, it was ok, i got compliments, but i ordered this cute tribal print dress for the summer couldn't wait to wear it with some sandals... when i got it... its the cheapest material you have ever seen, it looks like someone just copied the pic and attempted to make it. Its so cheap looking, designs don't even match the picture, i cant get in touch with customer service. That will be the last time i order from them. I saw a lot of positive reviews from others i think thats a scam as well.
I ordered 3 tops & 1 jumpsuit ($194Cdn total). One top was sent to me in duplicate and I was refunded for less than full cost. After much back-and-forth about the other tops and jumpsuit, I was given "it's being shipped in 3-5 days) every time. This morning, I received a refund of $47Cdn with no explanation of what it's for and will I still receive any of my order. I'm still out of pocket over $100. Their answers to me when I inquired were often broken English and repetitive. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
