I ordered $134 worth of clothes. Understanding it ships from over seas, I waited more than enough time for the clothing to arrive. When it never did I contacted them to request a reship or refund only to be told too much time has passed. Way too many other companies out there. Please don't risk your money on this one.
I was worried that the medium I ordered might be too small, but it actually turned out to be a little bigger than I expected. It still looks cute, though. It took less than a month from order to delivery. The quality is a cotton that hangs nicely on the body. My only complaint is they don't carry very many tops in small, which I think would have fit me better. My husband saw me trying it on and remarked, "Oh, that's really cute!" He's pretty honest. For some perspective on size medium in this particular style, I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs. See side-by-pics of the ad and me and judge for yourself.
Don't shop here! Shipping took forever. None of the products were quality, and none looked like the photos on the website. Don't buy here. Feeling ripped off. Bought 4 outfits-- not one is real cute. $100 and have nothing to show for it.

Customer service will NOT refund the wrong item, and sending it to China will cost more than it is worth. Horrible customer service-- actually NO customer service. Run-- don't buy here. Out my money and have ugly clothes to give away, can't wear them so bad.
Ordered a jacket on 11-19-22 for. Xmas present. They said latest delivery date is 12-07-22. I thought great. Here it is 12-27-22 still no package. Been trying to get a refund for last 2-3 days. All I get is the runaround. So I'd say customer service is as bad as their delivery prediction. I won't buy from again. Order at your own risk.

Love the navy and white floral tankini that I ordered. Took a while to arrive from China - but loved the fabric and fit!
I love the look of the Navy Blue Jumpsuit which shows to be ankle length. However, since I am short it is actually floor length. I notice that you do not offer petite sizes al all. That is my only issue.

I ordered multiple suits almost two months before a beach vacation we were taking. All but one of the pieces ordered showed up within the first month...one piece that went with two of the bathing suit tops, almost two months into it, still has not shown up. Communication with the company has been responsive, but very confusing instructions and information. They have great selection and pricing but this is very frustrating, thinking I had started out early enough. I guess amazon has us all spoiled.

I've been waiting on my order for 2 weeks. It's been processing for days and hasn't moved. I reached out to their customer service and was told they would move this to urgent shipping but it still hasn't moved. This company might be a scam so don't waste your money.

I ordered 1 item they took money from my bank account. For it yet are now telling me they did not have any order.they dic not give me order #... nothing...may uncle is now preparing paperwork as what they did is THEFT...suing them and notifying Better Business Bureau...don't know how they have good reviews BUYER BEWARE
I contact Modlily customer service by Life chat. It was the worst experience. Instead of solving my problem, the agent kept sending me to different pages to read the policy, etc. Not even an attempt to understand the problem or solve it. I spent too much time on this chat explaining everything 3 times and no resolution. I wish it was a phone number to talk to someone. This makes me not buy from this company again. My issue is still not resolved.
Ordered approx 8 swimsets + other items in Feb 2024. 6 swimsets didn't fit. Was out of state for 10 wks to care for family member, who then passed away. Pkg was on porch when we returned. Although return time ended while I was gone, I contacted Modlily & they offered to extend my return time. I was VERY pleased with their customer service! Thank you.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
