Tried to use the "communication" page and it never worked in numerous attempts. Liked the product when it arrived but reluctant to use you company again.
I ordered the blouse in Large. It is so small that I think it is smaller than a medium. I can't even get it over my head. The fabric is very thin, would need a camisole under it. The print is pretty, but that doesn't matter since I can't wear it. The blouse was shipped from China.
So far I have ordered a few items... they have been easy to order, arrived in an efficient time, the sizes are perfect fits for the size selected, the quality of clothes are great, the price of items is really good and there are so many options and great styles to choose from. It has been a great experience so far and I am happy to say I will order more and more in the future... thank you!
Very happy with first order of swim suits and summer dress. Just placed my second order for tops and other colors for summer dresses. Very comfortable and fits to size.
O-M-G! I love, love this shirt! This is my favorite color green. It's like a Kelly green! Top is so flirty and sexy! I ordered the medium... I'm a size 4-6 and wear a 36D bra if that helps with sizing. I can't wait to wear this on my cruise! Order one from Modlily and you won't regret it!
Ordered a bathing suit 2 times bigger than I normally wear. I have a big bust so I thought I was being safe. WRONG! I don't think even if I would have gone up 5sizes it would have fit. If you are not shaped like a little boy there clothes won't fit. I was going to return it and then found out how much it would cost to send it back to China... I would lose money and They would get to resell the item. So lesson learned. I'll stick with Amazon. They stand behind what they sell and don't charge you to return a product. One other little note... they say free shipping, however, if you look at the shipping label and see what they put for value of the merchandise it is half of what I paid so I guess I paid for the "free shipping". Never again!
I had ordered 3 tops back n June and could not find my order in my files and since I had not received them, I thought something had happened in cyberspace! Sunshine found the order and told me I should see my tops in a couple of days. They arrived yesterday. I haven't opened them yet because I am sick with a kidney stone.
I bought several tops, a bathing suit, pull on shorts, dress and bottoms 4 different orders and i was very pleased with the quality and the fit. I also chatted with staff and found them to be very professional and helpful with answering my questions.
Do not order anything from Modlily.com They sent me all the wrong sizes and when I asked for an exchange/return/refund they told me to sell them online. They refuse to give me a refund/exhange/return. Customer service is terrible and they flat out told me that the customer should have to pay the return shipping and restocking fee, even if the company made the mistake of sending out the wrong color, size, or item.
Now, they're telling me I can return the item but they still refuse to pay return shipping (to China) and I will only get 60% back what I paid due to a restocking fee. How do you expect the customer to pay for your mistakes? Awful company and terrible business practices.

After completing my order I decided to change the size on one of the items I sent a message the next day and they changed it for me. I was impressed by how fast my order came in and the product was of good quality.

Easier to travel to Mars than return items. Quality not as portrayed visually on their site. They want up to three photo's of the "Model" wearing the clothes that don not fit. But try and upload those photo's - not possible.
Thankful for true reviews! I saw an ad for the cutest blouse, but have learned to check reviews... these are aweful and how a scam site can remain online to continue robbing people is beyond my understanding! How exactly is such an unlawful business allowed to continue such crimes?
Ordered 2 swimsuits was not sure about the company decided to take the risk. Ended up EXTREMELY pleased. Decent quality for the price. Fit is amazing on both suits one is a 3x the other a 1x for daughter. Could not be happier with the purchase. Arrived when they said told me it would. Down fall is it did take a long time but if your willing to wait for it I then do it. It's worth it and we knew it would when we bought them they were upfront about it!
I placed and order on 9/23 i never received my order. After many emails back and forth and no update on the tracking # i disputed my charges. Today is 11/18 and it still hasn't arrived. Highly disappointed because i really wanted the bathing suit and i also researched the reviews
I ordered a bathing suit on 9/23 and still have not received it. I have emailed customer service to only get the same response. Tracking number is a joke, there have been no updates sincen9/26 and today is 10/20. I will never, ever order from them again! Buyers beware!
I purchased two suits and love them both. They were shipped separately so I was a little concerned when the 1st one arrived and stated that the order was completed. But we were able to get everything straightened out and the 2nd suit arrived just a few days later.
I ordered 3 items and the size was too big. I returned them and they don't refund the money when I tried to login into my account I cannot do it because it says wrong email or password. I reset the password many times and nothing happened. It means they blocked my account.

I took a chance and ordered. I was so completely happy I did! They were running a sale and I was able to score two bathing suits super cheap! The material is so soft and they fit great! It is often hard to me to find swimwear I feel comfortable in and I'm very particular. But these are perfect.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
