The lady who answers the customer service line is actual garbage of a human. I was willing to repay for my items and she still offered zero help or assistance. My staff would never treat anyone that way.

Being on the thicker side it's always hard to find jeans that fit. But ever since I found ModaXpress jeans, I can't get enough. The jeans are just amazing. Snatches the right places. Even my fupa. After 1 kid my body needs help. I ordered my size and a size up on my first order just because I read the reviews that some were small. But yeah totally suggest sizing up. The package didn't take long too. I search where they were located. It's nice to know they ship within the USA. That's why I got my package super fast. The return was easy too. I got my store credit a couple of days after they received it. I don't mind store credit since I'm always buying from there. But all in all I'm in love with Moda. I recommend them!

I live they're jeans they're so comfortable and stretchy. But when I had to go a refund on 2 pairs of shorts I had to pay for the shipping back, which wasn't a big deal or the fact they only give you a refund as a gift card, whatever, the problem was I was supposed to get a refund of almost $50 for the 2 shorts I sent back then got an email saying my $18 refund gift card was ready. $18?! That's Les then half of what I paid! Even if they charged me the "15%" restocking fee(which they're was no reason they had to) that's only around $7. Not over $30. To say I'm angry after being a loyal customer is the very least

I purchased 6 pairs of jeans from modaxpress and I applied a discount code that they did not honor. I am 100 percent sure that I applied this code. They refused to honor this code so I will no longer be purchasing from them again. I will be leaving this review on the internet.

I bought 2 pair for $20 each they were on sell. I was so disappointed. The matrial was so cheap and size 1 was way off, more like 3.
When i asked for return they only offer store credit of $16 each insted of $20 and ask me to pay for the shipping cost. GARBAGE for real. No more.

I was delighted with the clothes I bought, the fabric is very soft comfortable, the colors, I called customer service and they answered me super fast and helped solve a detail in my order, thank you I recommend them 100%

A few days ago I bought two pairs of jeans in your store, they looked nice in the photos, but when I put them on I realized that not only do they look beautiful but they also fit perfectly, in addition to the good quality and the comfort you feel when you walk, they are the best

I bought 3 pairs of Moda Xpress jeans through Amazon and had to return all 3 because of the very poor quality of these jeans. They offer zero butt lifting qualities, the material is not stretchy and very uncomfortable. Poor design, look like a cheap product. Nothing like on the pictures! The company charges for shipping and returns through Amazon, which adds to the already overpriced jeans. Their customer service team is rude, they're not interested in helping customers. I would never recommend this company's products to anyone. It's a big waste of money and time. Absolutely not worth it!

I love Moda Xpress clothes, they fit my body well, they give me a beautiful figure and they arrive earlier than expected, additional customer service is excellent.

The last 3 orders I've placed have always had at least 1 pair of pants that are defective. The zippers they use are junk!
The wont go up or down. I didnt mind too much when their items were 30 dollars. But when I'm paying 40,50 dollars a pair, it upsets me. I now have to pay for return shipping, AND they deduct what they paid to ship them out! They are charging me for their companies defect! That's terrible customer service!

I love this site! I buy a lot of my jeans, dresses and tops from this site. The only negative thing I have come across with this site is every white dress I have ordered (3 in total before I gave up on that color) is completely see through. You will have to read the materials and use the pictures to make your best decision on what you think would work for you. I have been ordering from here since 2012 and have never had shipping or sizing issues.

Jeans are huge and smaller sizes are limited. I chose the smallest size and they were still too big and when I went to return them, I was told that I could only get a store credit. This is an archaic way of doing things and leads me to believe that Moda Xpress has no confidence in their products, not to mention really disturbing to me. I purchased 5 pairs of jeans in the smallest size and they are too big and now I'm stuck with them. What good is store credit to me when I can't get the jeans in a smaller size? And don't bother trying to reach customer service on the phone. It took them 4 days to respond and only after I sent them an email. Don't waste your time or money.

Love Modaxpress jeans. My all time favorite brand now. So soft and comfortable. Excellent quality. Have to go up a couple of sizes but just follow the size chart work's great for me. They make you look amazing. Fits the description. So happy with my purchase I have almost every pair lol JK Only about 10 pairs or so. So worth the money. I'm a US medium size 6 and do up to a 7-11 depending on what the chart says on the picture. It's worked so far. Definitely recommend these Modaxpress Online Jeans.

ModaXpress has the best jeans and the best material, with very good quality. In addition to the promotions and discounts they have, they help me a lot to buy several pairs of jeans. In this case, customer service took a while to inform me of the shipping status of my order, but fortunately there were no setbacks and it arrived on time. Good experience.
