You have to pay for your order to be shipped, you have to pay for the shipping to return your order and Moda Express only gives credit so you'll have to order something else from them and pay for shipping again, so that by the time you actually find something that fits you have spent enough money on shipping charges alone to equal several orders. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
Tip for consumers:
I will never order from them again.

I ordered a pair of pants as a Christmas gift for my daughter, they don't give refunds only credit to order from them again, and all shipping costs are on the consumer.
