MobileUnlocks showed me USD 15 fees to unlock iPhone 11 from carrier and after receiving the money - halfway through the unlock process they stopped and again asked to pay another USD 50. It was like a trap and I felt cheated by MobileUnlocks - pls stay away from these crooks

This website is a scam they say at first that you only need to pay 15 dollars so I thought I was only going to pay 15 dollars then when you pay then halfway through it says that it was the eligibility check I could have had a eligibility check on a other website for free and then if when the eligibility check finishes then you have to pay 50 to "unlock" your IPhone then when you pay the 50 dollars 50 percent in to the unlocking process it says that you have to pay premium Because it's an IPhone. So I think that they should say at the beginning of paying the 15 dollars they should say that you are going to pay the 50 dollars and the premium so you don't get suprised, this is a scam

They were fast and very good. The process started at 1% but then i got an email and told me that my network were unlocked. Thank you now i can use my phone again.
Yes unlocked my phone a treat but the second charge did sting a bit once you have paid first charge nothing says there is a second hit or they will not go any further?
Although they admited my phone was actually not blocked so the second payment would be 0, it has now been 3 weeks of emailing them for nothing because they refuse to refund me.

Never was i asked if the phone said unlock phone reached out to mobile unlocked all I was asked is to pay 26$ next day they said to finish the process pay 49 more$ $ after paying the 49$ it wouldn't complete processing it was stuck at 95% so after 12 days I reached out to asked them what % of phones that they wasn't able to unlock instead of a reply to my question i got a email claiming this is your new IMEI number and my phone is unlock an gave me instructions to finish the process the phone kept saying contact Verizon when i put my new carrier Sim card in contact Mobile unlocked and was told there will be no refund because they spent time processing the phone well I still have a locked phone and they got my 75$

Payment taken, 4 emails sent and nothing back. States it will take up to 30mins but 24hours in rare cases. Over 24hours now and nothing, no communication and status saying 2 hours (which it's stated all day) terrible experience, DO NOT USE

They charge me 300 dollars to unlock an IPhone, few weeks later they told me that the phone was hardlocked by the carrier and can't be unlocked, but never reimburse what I had paid even after I sent multiple emails requesting it

As a customer, it is disappointing to not receive any response or update from the customer support team regarding a network unlock request for my iPhone 11. I had reached out to them with my concerns and requested for an update on the status of my request, but have not received any reply or update.
This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of the progress of my request. I had placed my order two days ago and according to the order status on their website, the progress of my IMEI is at 99% and is taking longer than expected. As a customer, I understand that busy periods can make the unlocking process slower, but I would appreciate a response from the team regarding the delay.
I had also requested for an estimated time frame for when my phone will be unlocked or a refund if it is not possible to unlock my phone. However, the lack of response from the team has left me unsure of what to expect and has made me lose confidence in their service.
Overall, the lack of communication from the customer support team regarding my network unlock request has left me disappointed with their service. As a customer, I expect timely updates and responses from the team, and this experience has left me feeling dissatisfied.
