I received an email with the statement that smartwach imei is unblocked. Below this statement was the text with directions as if that was for the phone. Considering it might be the default text or some mistake, i followed the instructions: purchased an esim from china (outside the eu as it was stated), registered it on my smartwach, but it did not register it because imei was still blocked. That esim works on my phone. I wrote you several emails but did not had a response. So i wasted around 50 eur for this.
Not £7.99 mine was £11.99 to do checks witch I thought was to unlock the phone NOPE then asked for the final payment of £26 SCUM then they said the couldn't unlock it and they will be in touch so I went on EE website and unlocked the phone for free instantly
It was pretty good, I just wish all of the cost was up front. I got afraid that it was a scam. It is not a scam they really helped me. I had no other phone and really needed help!

These people just take your money flat out! They absolutely do nothing! It's some type of low life sitting at his computer stealing your money! Very Sad!
Sent two emails on my issue to customer support and received zero feedback. Would not recommend. There are also what I would call hidden fees. Not satisfied.

I was suckered in to this scam, paid $15USD to find out that that was an evaluation fee. A further $54 was required to unlock the phone. Went on EBay and paid $3 CAD and within a half-hour I had an unlocked phone.
Tuve un caso especial. Cuando pagué para el desbloqueo semi-premium resultó que necesitaba el desbloqueo premium que sería más caro, dude por un tiempo pero al final decidí pagar por el desbloqueo premium por que todo parecía legítimo, por lo menos no debía pagar la cuota completa, en su lugar solo la diferencia entre el desbloqueo semi-premium y el premium.
Tardo más de lo esperado pero al final vi en los ajustes de mi iPhone "Sin restricciones de SIM", de verdad un alivio.
Muy recomendable, se tardará más o menos dependiendo de tu caso, especialmente si tiene deuda, pero al final cumplen o te regresan tu dinero.

They advertise they can unlock a phone in 15 minutes for $14.99 but thats just for the precheck and then they milk you for $45 more dollars, 3 weeks pass and they still couldn't unlock it and now are requesting I pay for thier premium service and want more money! Haha what a joke ****DO NOT USE*****
The process started of ok. When it came to putting in the code it would not unlock informed MobileUnlocks by email with details but never replied.Cost a lot of money for nothing.
