Initially when I paid for unlock for iPhone 12pro max was rejected, I paid for another phone 7plus as rejected until used the credit to unlock iPhone XR which I was surprised after 5days that it unlock.well I will say they tried but it is very expensive. Let company built that reputation by refund customer money back to their card instead of credit ones profile which is a way of withholding money for long

After 4 days waiting - that is 2 days after progress bar runs out, I got my code. Customer service chat reply slow, I got the reply more than 24 hours after I sent them. I already have my code when I received their reply. But it worked. Not cheap though.

Firstly let be quite clear and honest, this company does unlock your phone, but it is not at all transparent and clear on how much it will cost you in the process, I am very cautious when purchasing anything on the internet and I managed to get caught out, call it advertising psychology or economical with the truth, I'll let you decide, The company advertises mobile unlocks FROM £7.99, but when you progress through their application pages it then informs you that the price has gone to £11.99, no big deal I thought an extra £4, maybe it depends on the model of phone that they have to unlock, so I agreed to the payment and sent the payment through, then as the unlocking process makes its progress I then find out that the first payment is purely an eligibility check!, you are then asked to send them a further £26.00 to carry on with the process! So if you decide to bail out now then you have obviously lost the £11.99 that you have just given them, so in a way this is a form of entrapment, not wanting to lose completely out I then felt I had no real other choice than to proceed, so made a second payment to unlock the phone. I find this sort of business acumen atrocious, very misleading and downright sneaky, they should at the very beginning be more transparent and CLEAR that to unlock a phone will realistically cost around the £30-40 mark. The company then sends you an email asking you to leave them a review which apparently will refund you £10, so I wont hold my breath, had I known that it would cost me this much, I would have driven to my local town centre and paid a shop to unlock it for £12-15.I certainly wont be recommending this company to colleagues.

I was very skeptical of the service especially when i was asked to pay 101 USD after the 15 USD payment to check the eligibility. However, i have received the unlock codes for my mobile and it is working properly for now.
