I stumbled across this website on google. I was on vacation in Brasil with a locked phone and was not able use my just bought Brazilian sim card. Thanks to their service in just a couple days they were able to unlock it, while keeping me updated throughout the whole process.

My phone had broken so I had to quickly dig out an old phone of mine.

Went to unlock my phone. Got charged 30 dollars just to have them tell me it needed unlocked, but I already knew that so then they wanted another 100 to unlock it which I did then I didn't even get codes that worked for my phone complete rip off

Es ging nicht extrem schnell aber es hat funktioniert und ich habe mir Nerven gespart. War am Anfang unsicher weil es sehr viel negatives im Umlauf gab aber es hat funktioniert und ich bin glücklich ein entsperrtes Handy zu haben

It took some time but I was finally able to get my phone unlocked. Messaged customer service about the delay, but they were able to explain the process and what is happening

I paid $14.99 to see if the device could be unlocked. At the end of the process, they told me everything was correct and that I had to pay $50.00 to finish the unlocking. After several hours, they told me that they couldn't do it, would keep my money, and that I could use it on other unlocks. I tried to use it and from the $64.99 I had as credit, they kept that money and asked me to pay $14.00 more. And guess what happened, they couldn't unlock it either. In the end, they kept $80.00.

Didn't realise my phone was locked to a certain network, so trying to do it myself. I found other websites but I found this rather difficult but with this site it was really easy to get done. No problems at all. Would recommend.
