This company is a complete scam… I'm actually filing a police report on them! The only reason they have a high review rating is because after they take your money they ask you to rate them… NOT AFTER THEY PERFORM THEIR SERVICE. So when you read the REAL reviews most people talk about how simple their website is to use and HOPE they can unlock the phone. My phone was only carrier locked not blacklisted meaning it's reported lost or stolen. I bought my phone the week before I decided to use their service and the very day I entered my imei in their website T-Mobile said that was the day it was reported stolen. Their method is take your information then rather than unlock your phone they blacklist your imei. After 2 weeks they say you need to pay the premium fee which $179. They are scam artists to get more money from you…do not go this route!

Complete scam! They say it's $50 to unlock your phone, then come back with "oh uh your phone is 'blocked', you actually need to pay another $70 to unlock"... JUST SO YOU KNOW, IF YOUR PHONE ISN'T ON CONTRACT YOU CAN GET YOUR PHONE UNLOCKED FOR FREE WITH YOUR PROVIDER

They won't give me a refund either even though when I paid I was under the impression they WERE my carrier. Complete scam stay far far away

Don't bother. 24hrs until they verify phone then want triple the money to unlock. Beware for your own good. I got caught. Read the terms and conditions before advancing any money

They're advertisement would lead you to believe that if you pay their $24 fee you'll have your phone unlocked in a reasonable amount of time. That's not true. A couple days later they want me to pay again it's 46% complete. They want another payment. Nowhere did I see anything saying this was a multi-payment situation. If they have it it's in fine print it's very deceptive how they do it. Some people said they got theirs within 15 minutes or something to that degree on some comments. My experience it's sad at 20% for a long time then it was 46% complete and they wanted another $24 hell no. That's not right they should be up front about it so they're excuse me in the beginning. Your phone serial number so to speak the ime number comes back it says it's valid so it's not like they don't know that it's a real phone and it's unlockable. My friend bought this phone and paid cash but she used cricket she can't get it to work for another company. The SIM card won't work until she gets it unlocked. Cricket's giving her a hard time and she doesn't have a contract with them it was month to month for many years. Anyway that's business doesn't tell you the truth up front at least not in a place you can actually see it I don't recommend using them at all and I'm going to dispute their charge it's deceptive and it's just bad business

I don't like the way they deal with me first they ask for $6 second time $26 and later they $56 to unlock my phone should I know the cost before I start pay 6 and 26 and $56

I purchased the unlock for $26 and then they came back an asked for $49. It's been over 30 days and it's still pending at 95%. There's no way to contact anyone from the company. It's a SCAM!

Advertised price, ~$26 is only to determine IF your phone can be unlocked, NOT to unlock it. I paid, and saw 20% progress after 1 day, 40% the 2nd, then nothing. Buyer beware.

Verizon cellular service can be expensive. I will try to get a better deal with Xfinity because Verizon has no unlimited data plans for reasonable prices.

Easy to use but took longer than expected. Progress tracker showing 20% complete for three days before suddenly receiving email as complete. No explanation why when I contacted the company.

Paid for this service and after more than a week still have not seen anything seems to be stuck at 95% processing with no further updates. The support also doesn't allow to submit responses.

Can't believe you charge to unlock a phone! My credit card has been charged but I have not received any service. Their email for not receiving services is also blocked.

Its not instant like your web site states. I'm still waiting. Waited 20 min so far and only 20% completed.
Took a total 2 days and an extra $72.00 to unlock. Disappointed

The payment failed twice, it went through the third time, bank flagged as fraud, I spent 1:30+ correcting that, hope it's an effective unlock.
Finally, after 4 days it took effect.

It's been well over 2 weeks since I've paid in full, and still nothing. I've tried emailing and received a blocked email. I'd like my money back. So that I am able to get my phone unlocked elsewhere
